Parking: Guests can park directly in front of the house.

Please note: To help ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for everyone, we ask all confirmed guests to sign a short rental agreement after booking. A $300 security deposit hold will be placed and automatically released 7 days after checkout if no damages are reported.

As this is a historic cottage located on a lively college road, many guests enjoy the energy of the area, though light sleepers may notice some street noise, especially during busier hours.
