Nestled in a prime location, this charming home promises comfort & convenience!

There are a total of three bedrooms and two bathrooms:
1 - Queen room with attached full bathroom/laundry area
2- Queen room
3 - Full over full bunk bed with a single trundle pull out

Second full bathroom located in the main area.

There is 1 television in the home located in the living room.

You will have plenty of outdoor space with a fenced in yard. There is a fire pit to enjoy roasting some s'mores or to just stay warm while hanging out! Keep your eyes open to spot the mule deer that often visit our yard! You can leave the gate open for them to freely come and go in the backyard!

We are centrally located so shopping, site seeing, parks, and restaurants are not far away. *cameras are located at front door, back door/side of the house*

Nice location,clean stay

Overall good location with clean stay. Amenities are perfect, bit old home so doors were jammed in main bathroom.

This stay was exactly what we were looking for--more space to spread out in the evenings. Everything was very clean, and the kitchen was ideal. Everything we wanted to do was easily accessible. I highly recommend this home!

Great Stay!

We enjoyed our stay at the Colorado Cottage. The house was cozy and clean The kitchen had all the dishes and cookware we needed. The non-stick pans were in excellent shape. The neighborhood is close to lots of restaurants, shopping, and tourist attractions. We took morning and evening walks and felt safe. We would definitely stay here again.

Family Wedding Weekend

We had a wonderful visit and felt like the house became a home away from home! Amazing location in a safe neighborhood that we felt comfortable with our two toddlers. Layout of the house was ideal, clean and the owners were quick to respond to questions. Highly recommend!

Very pleasant

The house is cozy, the yard is big and we saw deer walking in front of the house. The neighborhood is quiet and there are several shops and markets very close by. We didn't miss anything.

Excellent comfortable stay

This house is perfect for a large family or for different generations to share for a family gathering. We stayed for our daughters weddings, and I couldn't have been happier with our stay. The house was clean, stocked with way more than I expected (even cotton balls in the bathrooms. The owners were always available if I had a question, and were very helpful. The back deck area was a total hit for everyone and it's close to all kinds of activities and restaurants. I highly recommend!

Horrible stay

The property has security cameras that are not disclosed on the listing. The master bath door does not close. The property manager stated the ac works but it was 80 in the house when it was set to 75 and 84 outside. We left after 1 night of our 6 night stay!!

Leslie we apologized for the issue you had but when the issue was ongoing, you were not communicative so we did all that we could on our end to resolve-with no communication or responses until you violated vrbo policy and left the property without proper procedure. Turns out you locked the thermostat in “heat” mode. Our tech was able to fix the issue in less than 5 minutes. Again, if we are not given the opportunity to rectify a situation(which happens in real life sometimes) we cannot help your experience. Best of luck to you.

Great location

The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five, was only having one TV in the house and that one TV not having regular channels. That might seem petty, but I'm a person who cannot sleep without the TV on so I had to watch TV on my phone when I went to bed. And we came to town for the Cubs game on Saturday, and we were unable to watch the games on Friday or Sunday because there were no regular channels.
