Great Condo on the beach! The unit was very clean and is in a great location. The condo complex and beach area was well kept.

A slice of heaven

This was our second stay at this condo and we wouldn't consider staying anywhere else. The room decor is so lovely throughout the unit; everything well maintained and so comfortable. The view and location on the beach can't be beat. Reserving was easy and management made sure everything was pleasing.

Always a wonderful place to stay at.

Everything about the area is great. Condo is close to the beach with plenty of restaurants and places to shop. Condo has all of the amenities that anyone could possibly want. The owners are fantastic and dear friends. We will be back next year for sure.

Needed downtime after Thanksgiving!

We absolutely love this property and our condo was awesome! Very clean, well appointed, great kitchen. Everything you need, especially if the weather is cooperating! We had a very relaxing week and will definitely be back!

Perfect

This is an incredibly well-appointed condo. It is also clean, has new furniture, is in the perfect location, has gorgeous views, has comfortable beds, and a kitchen with everything you could want. I will definitely be staying here again!

Home away from Home

406 is a beautifully decorated, inviting, and clean condo. It also has a great ocean view and a nice sized balcony. Great places to eat nearby. Rod & Rosa were fabulous hosts. Can’t ask for anything else. We highly recommend their condo for your South Padre Island stay!

Great Location, Great Condo!

Our stay was perfect! The location of the condo is within walking distance to many restaurants, entertainment, and the island grocery store. The condo is spacious, clean and has everything you need for your beach vacation! Communication was great and quick with BOVR and all my questions were answered. We will be returning to SPI and this condo.

Relaxation at its finest

This property was beautiful and offered us a perfect place to relax as a family. The beach was nice and the sand was soft. We loved the easy walk to the beach and the amenities offered. They were so quick to respond when we had no air. They immediately sent someone and it was fixed.

We absolutely loved our stay. The home was just the right size for our family of 4. I enjoyed the fact that it was gated. It was a great view of the beach, ocean and pool. The pool was great because it was shaded by the afternoon sun. Loved that there were puzzles, as we had a storm go through and lost power for over a hour. The owners were great to work with. I could not get the Keurig to work (operator error I'm sure) So she brought me a new one right away. We will not spend time searching again for a new spot the next time we visit, we will definitely stay here!

A perfect gathering spot for family fun on South Padre Island

Once again, Ocean Vista Towers 406 provided us with the perfect gathering spot for our annual family trip to South Padre Island. As usual Rod and Rosa are quick to respond to even the smallest issues or questions. The ocean view from the balcony is simply amazing and the unit directly overlooks the swimming pool and beach access so it's easy to check status on everyone's whereabouts. Once again, we rented a golf cart which made tootling around the island to check progress on sandcastles and the renovated Sea Turtle rescue space even more fun, especially for our granddaughter.
