The fenced in backyard with pool is designed for relaxation and fun. Dine on the spacious deck, which features a large dining table and a cozy fire pit—perfect for gatherings or intimate meals. The fenced yard is adorned with rows of green giant trees and a pergola. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the enclosed outdoor shower.
Inside, you'll find three comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms, providing plenty of space for everyone. The bright living room, with a wall of windows, offers stunning views of the backyard, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. All bedrooms are located on the second level. The primary bedroom boasts a luxurious Casper king mattress, while the guest rooms are furnished with Nectar hybrid mattresses, ensuring restful nights after adventurous days. A well behaved dog will be considered with prior approval through Sunrise Properties and pet fee.
Explore the 7 mile William C O'Neill bike path and nearby beaches of Narragansett and South Kingstown, offering five beaches within a 15-minute drive. Main Street in Wakefield is just a short 5-minute stroll away, offering a variety of dining options, including Duck Press, Purslane, South County Bread Co., Caf Bar, and Brickleys.
For a turnkey vacation experience, the listed price includes checkout cleaning, bed linens and bathroom towel sets for the occupancy of the property.
Commercially laundered linen packages are provided for the occupancy of the property. This includes linens, a towel set (bath towel, hand towel and facecloth) for each occupant, hand towel and bath mat for each bathroom and kitchen towels. Beach towels are not provided unless otherwise specified on the listing. Guests staying for more than one week will incur an additional linen charge.
