Come be our guest in South County R.I.
Our SK cottage is set on a half acre, surrounded by trees and natural brush, giving a private feel, but is in between two quiet residential neighborhoods and is within walking distance to a DD coffee shop, mini mart, Pizzeria, and ice cream shop.
10-15 minutes away from URI, SK Beaches, Wakefield Town center, Narragansett, and 25 minutes to Newport.

Warm and inviting. The cottage has the feeling of getting away but being close to it all.
The property has a calming vibe and don’t be surprised if you see little bunnies, birds, and even deer walking through.💗 Relax and unwind under the pergola. Enjoy a fire and make s’mores (personal favorite) with the stone fire-pit. The outdoor space is one of my favorite places and we are excited for you to make memories and connect in this very special space.

This is our second year staying at this property and it is perfect for our annual family golf weekend in Rhode Island. The property is well kept and the cottage is clean, updated and of course cozy. Sara is on top of her game and know if we needed anything she would provide it without a problem. We look forward to staying here again and again.

We stayed for 4 nights. We found the property as advertised. Clean, quiet and well stocked right down to dental pics and mini nail files in the medicine cabinet, Frosted mugs in the freezer was a nice touch, plenty of outdoor space and even a bed for the dog! Came in from New Mexico and stayed for 4 nights - what a wonderful time! The check in process was seamless and easy. The property is lovely. It is off of a main road, but it is secluded and quiet. Loved the backyard, and the hot tub was top tier. The hot tub seriously took the vacation to next level, as we got to soak after the days excursions. We wanted to do a fire and s'mores, but ran out of time. The location is excellent for beaches and everything is close by. So much to do and see, and not enough time to cram it all in. We definitely felt at home. The bedrooms were great, full kitchen and watching movies was also as comfortable as being at home. We would absolutely stay here again for our next beach trip. Communication with the host was super easy, and my questions were answered immediately. Highly recommend Sara and the property!

The hosts were very welcoming and communicative. We would definitely stay there again if we plan to visit that area in RI. The hot tub was fantastic. Very convenient distance to different restaurants, stores, etc.

We absolutely loved our stay in the cozy SK cottage. The home was clean and well stocked with everything you would need. The hosts even left us a little gift and chocolates to welcome us. The neighborhood was safe with sidewalks. The property was private and large, our dogs loved running around in. The hot tub was a huge bonus as well, which was heated for our arrival. Tried a couple of the local restaurants the hosts recommended and Antonio’s pizza was delicious. We would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful quiet place to stay

The house was super cute with a big yard. Perfect for being close to URI and very easy to get to the beaches. Sara was a pleasure to work with and super responsive to all of my questions. We loved it here!
