The stars at night are big & bright here so sit out and enjoy the large 2 level deck under the canopy of trees. Comfort & style come in small packages & modern style in this 600 sf cottage. The space
The Cozy Oak Cottage at The Red Barn Ranch is situated in between the mature oak trees and surrounded by white tail and axis deer in the beautiful hill country. Experience the Texas Hill Country charm by staying in a modern farmhouse cottage - The Cozy Oak! The cottage is privately tucked in the oaks on a 9 acre property shared with owner’s farmhouse. Conveniently located off the scenic Hill Country pathway to the famous music venue of Luckenbach (20 minutes), 35 minutes to Fredericksburg's wineries, within minutes of several popular wedding venues, and a short 5 minute drive to the Guadalupe river (with public access) for kayaking, fishing & floating. Many Hill Country wedding venues within quick drive as well.

The Cozy Oak Cottage has one small bedroom downstairs and a sleeping loft upstairs. It is brand new & meticulously cared for and is a great place to get away for some relaxation while still affording all of the modern amenities you want.

There is a private area amongst some trees that offers a picnic table, lighting and a table/chairs for sitting and enjoying your morning coffee, lunch or dinner.

Reminder that this is a non-smoking, no parties and no pet listing. Also, no more than four people can be accommodated. Sorry- we are set up for only 4 people...max! Sorry but no exceptions.
Guest access
Guests of the Cozy Oak Cottage have access to two tier deck and the cedar forest around the cottage. Also the game barn and sports court across the driveway from the cottage.
Other things to note
The Cozy Oak Cottage at the Red Barn Ranch is in the country meaning you may see insects, critters and other native wildlife. We have our cottage treated for insects but we are in their habitat and they occasionally make an appearance.
