The covered spot is for vehicles only, trailers must be stored off-site. This condo does not come with a dock space, but one may be rented from the Realty office (first come, first serve). Fireplace and outdoor storage are not offered. View of marina and charter fishing fleet and guests may bring up to 2 vehicles. When renting you will have access to all community amenities (pool, fitness center, athletic courts, miles of lighted dock for walking).
