This quaint 30m2, 1-bedroom flat is situated on the 4th French floor (with an elevator in the building) in the heart of the 7th district of Paris. This home is ideal for a student or a couple coming for work or study, due to its location. The apartment has all the basic necessities to feel at home such as a washing machine, internet, TV with basic English News channels, a sofa bed should you have a guest, a full-size bed (140 cm), plenty of closet space, and a full bathroom composed of a shower, sink, and a toilet. The kitchenette has a mini fridge, stove, and microwave.

This flat is located in the Gros-Caillou neighborhood of the 7th district. There are two major parks nearby: The Champs de Mars and the Esplanade des Invalides which are great spots for a picnic. There are major tourist attractions such as the Eiffel Tower, Hotel des Invalides where you will find Napolean's Tomb, and museums such as the Musee Rodin and the Musee du Quai Branly. The Seine River is also a short distance away by foot.
The American University of Paris and UNESCO are within walking distance of the apartment building making this flat ideal for those coming to work or study.
