Excellent apartment in a good area

Very welcoming and feels like home from home.All the facilities are of a good standard and function. Excellent cooking facilities. Transport by metro and bus close by. Shops,boulangers and food stores near. Restaurants and cafes near.

We enjoyed this apartment so much the first time that we returned for a two week stay. The check in was easy because the instructions were very clear. Christelle is easy to communicate with and very responsive to any issues. It's a great neighborhood with many restaurants, bakeries, cheese shops, and grocery stores all in easy walking distance. We look forward to returning on our next trip to Paris.

My second stay here, and very happy to be able to.Location is great....very walkable to center or other...good metro connections if you need them. Everything necessary close by...supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries etc. Close to Bastille Market and the Seine. Pere Lachaise close by alsoComfortable & spacious.Amazingly well stocked kitchen with full facilities if you're inclined to cook.Comfortable bed. Christelle is very responsive. Internet good, and good selection on TV for us foreigners. Will gladly stay again...but longer

Perfect location

Perfect location 2 minutes walk to metro (Voltaire), restaurants and specialty food shops. Unit was spacious, bright and very secure highly recommend.

Christelle’s apartment was outstanding value. In the heart of the 11e it was so nice to stay in an authentic Parisien neighbourhood. The lounge room was spacious and comfortable, the bedroom was good, the shower was excellent. We really enjoyed Bar Leopard a couple of blocks away and Chez Papa for great places that treated you like a local. And lastly the access to the metro was perfect. A three minute walk to either Charonne or Voltaire and you were on a train in a couple of minutes. Many thanks Christelle

Comfortable and welcoming location in a neighbourhood that has a Parisienne flavour. Easy location from which to travel around the rest of Paris. Had a great time rain or shine.

We were pleased with our rental. Good size for 2. Nice Neighborhood. Very easily to get on Metro and bus! Would go there again.

Great place

I loved this apartment. It is not fancy but has everything you need and is immaculately clean. I prefer staying in non-tourist areas when I travel and this neighborhood is one of my favorites. Convenient shops and the metro is steps away. The owner is very responsive to communication emails and answers questions quickly. For the money, it would be hard to find a better place.

Pleasant apartment on Bld Voltaire

I spent a great week staying in this apartment. The apartment was clean, organized, quiet, and had everything I needed. It is in a lively popular neighborhood: boulangerie, bookstore, and food shops on the Boulevard. I recommend the little restaurant next door. Christelle is a great owner: she responded quickly to my queries. I look forward to staying here again. !

Parisian charm in a great location.

Loved my stay here! Nice and spacious & bright in a great location. Everything you need in close proximity, and very well equipped kitchen. Christelle was very responsive to questions, and her checkin instructions easy to follow. Easy to walk to Bastille ; Hotel de Ville; & metro connections good too on line 9 & access to major metro connection spots like Nation & Republique. Photos are accurate & the elevator teeny but held me & 2 carry-ons stacked.

A comfortable flat at a wonderful location.

We enjoyed our stay with the sole exception of the usual challenge when living on the 4th floor in Paris. The flat is large, we’ll equipped and comfortable.

Big and comfortable flat. Double bed was a little small

Good value for money. Quiet location. Well equipped kitchen. The only quibble would be that the double bed was a little small with cushions as supposed to pillows. Overall i would recommend this place.

Best Stay Ever

This is my 41st time to Paris. This is the best place I’ve ever stayed. Quiet neighborhood, Close to the metro station in walking distance of the Bastille and then the other points of interest in Paris. There’s not one single negative thing I could say. If the owner ever decides to sell it, I want first dibs at it. Don’t miss the bakery next-door.

Fabulous - but noisy Apartment

Beautiful apartment but bring earplugs as the roadside noise is 24/7. Yes, it is Paris so we werent expecting silence but my, it did not stop. We loved the location and the apartment itself. Communicating with the owner was grest too

Very central, very relaxing.

The Metro station is at the endo of the block. A pharmacy is on the block. There is a cafe right next to the front door and petitsere and boulangerie on the block. This place is very convenient and so quiet. The clothes washer is small but works well. There is a clothes rack in the bathroom to dry the clothes. The kitchen is very well stocked with pots and dishes and flatware. There is a very small elevator if you want to avoid the stairs. This is a very comfortable apartment.

Lovely apartment in a great neighborhood

The apartment was very comfortable and in a neighborhood we have enjoyed for many years. The living room is bright and spacious with a great view of the activity on the boulevard. We felt at home from the first day. Christelle was very easy to communicate with and provided clear instructions on getting into the apartment. She allowed us to check in early, which made the first day much easier for us. We would certainly like to book the apartment again the next time we return to Paris. Thanks Christelle!
