With a spacious Master Bedroom, King size bed, private en-suite with walk-in shower, and wall-mounted flat screen TV. A custom Twin-over-Twin bunk bed set and a second full bathroom provide additional comfort. The fully-equipped kitchen boasts newly installed cabinetry,spacious quartz countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. Steps to the beautiful beach!!

Nicely decorated and fully equipped with everything you need. Easy beach access and great location. Enjoyed having the 2 bikes and easy to rent an umbrella/chair setup on the beach. This area of the beach was not to crowded and the location is situated between Seaside and Rosemary beach. Great stay!!

Great property for the price

The property was recently renovated and in great condition. The location to the beach was great and we loved being able to sit on the patio. There wasnt visibility to the beach from the patio which was a slight bummer but the greenery made up for that. The beach was a very short walk and was easy for our family of 4. Would definitely stay again!

Fantastic location

We love the kitchen layout and the decor stands out from the ordinary. VERY CLEAN!! We enjoyed the bikes, close to Seaside Village. You can walk for pizza, ice cream, coffee and donuts. Walk out our door to the gate for the beach...so convenient.

Beautiful condo great location

The team was very responsive when some courtesy bath and kitchen items had not been placed in condo. I think it might be a good idea to put up black out curtains in bedroom as the outdoor hallway light shining through the blinds was a little bothersome when trying to sleep at night. Condo was beautiful, very clean and in a great location

Great condo! Very spacious! Had more than other condos we've stayed in. Only recommendation would be to bring a noise make for the bedroom as it is close to the road noise if you go on a busy week.

Fabulous

This unit at The Palms of Seagrove was fabulous for me and my husband. Everything was clean and fresh. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen is spacious, and the location is great if you want to be near restaurants. We really enjoyed the free bikes and biked to breakfast every morning and once to dinner. We also loved being steps away from a private beach that had chair rentals available. When we needed to communicate with the management company they responded very quickly. I would book any place run by Concierge Cottages in the future, and highly recommend this property.

Clean and Comfortable

The condo was clean and comfortable. I would recommend a new washer/dryer though. It was loud and super tiny which is a problem if you are trying to wash beach towels each day. If we ever find ourselves in the area again, I would not hesitate to book here again.

Short stay

It is a nice condo. Everything is new. From the photos I thought we were next to the beach but there was another unit in between. It was still a nice location to access seaside. I also thought there were 2 bedroom. I thought it said that. But just one and then bunk beds in the hall.

Great location, needs update

I was disappointed with the unit overall. It requires a much needed update. A king bed would have been nice. We could not figure out how to use the remotes for the tv and no instructions were given. We did enjoy our stay and found the location to be great..right on the beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I booked this unit for a month. It is well stocked with everything you need. They provide plenty of linens. Having a Keurig and a coffee maker allows for options. The unit was clean. I was grateful for a washer and dryer , broom, and vacuum, especially being there so long. There is one thing I would suggest, providing a swiffer mop for long term rentals. Overall, I had no issues with the unit. It was like being home away from home. Great location for beach, biking, shopping, and restaurants. I love that I can park my car and take my bike everywhere!

Everything was fine - Fix bed description

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is more of my overall experience than the place. I booked a unit a little nicer and with a better view than this one, but the AC wasn't working so I ended up here. Decent place, VERY convenient to the beach (best part) BUT the description said it was a king-size bed and it's only a queen. All in all, good place. My commentary is more towards my situation than this unit.

Loved the condo, but communiction could have be better.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the condo and had a great overall stay. Struggled with the rental company's communication on beach conditions prior to the stay as the beaches around our condo and beach access had a lot of black wash out, debri, etc. from Sally. When we called a few days prior to our arrival we were told that outside of some beach erosion they were in great condition. That was not the case and wish they would have communicated the actual condition to give us an opportunity to switch locations. We ended up walking several blocks down so the kids could enjoy the beach so it worked out and the condo was excellent.

Scott, Thank you for your review! We're sorry to hear that the beach wasn't in great shape after Hurricane Sally came through! We do try to be as honest with our guests as possible, but sometimes it is hard to get eyes on every beach. We do apologize if that was not disclosed to you! Beach conditions are not in our control so we do not typically offer to swap units due to undesirable beach conditions. We are glad that you were able to make the most of your stay as this is a great unit! We do hope that you will come back and see us again, and that the beaches are perfect when you do!
