Welcome to your home away from home in the heart of the Rockies! This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house in a quiet and friendly Glenwood Springs neighborhood offers the perfect blend of comfort and adventure for your family getaway.

Cozy up by the gas fireplace after a day of exploring the mountains, or relax and unwind on the spacious back deck with views of the surrounding peaks. There`s plenty of room for everyone to spread out, with a large living area featuring a 75-inch TV, perfect for movie nights or catching the big game.

The cook in your family will love the well-equipped kitchen, complete with all the appliances and cookware you`ll need to whip up delicious meals. There`s also a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair, ideal for remote work or online learning. Enjoy meals together around the dining table with seating for 6.

Step outside and explore! The house is located near a scenic river walking and biking path, perfect for enjoying the fresh mountain air and stunning scenery. The family-friendly neighborhood provides a safe and welcoming environment for children to play.

Glenwood Springs is a renowned mountain town offering world-class hot springs, exciting outdoor activities, and charming shops and restaurants. After a day of adventure, soak in the therapeutic waters of the Glenwood Hot Springs Pool, the largest hot springs pool in the world!

Host was very responsive. Home was comfortable and clean.My only issues - upstairs fan did not work, the device had an error message on it and there was no way to figure out how to correct this.Also, the home description should be clear that there is no door (hence no privacy) between the master bedroom and the attached “secondary bedroom” that houses the bunk beds. This is just an odd layout for a home for parents who want some privacy.

Nice property,the neighbors dog crapping in the front and back yard and the internet router was by the bed and it made noise so had to unplug when sleeping were the complaints.

The owner is super responsive to communications! They provided a garage door opener to use so having a garage was a huge asset for us. They made it so relaxing because there wasn’t a long list of to-dos at the end. The kids LOVED the place. Access to shopping and other activities only minutes away but neighborhood was so quiet. Would come again!

Great stay

We booked last minute when other plans fell through, and James was super responsive. Everything was in working order, nicely decorated and the house easily accommodated the 6 of us. We stayed in 5 different places on our trip and this was everyone's favorite.
