Property was just as depicted and the host, Cory, was very accommodating. If you plan on spending time in downtown Spokane the location is ideal. Felt very safe walking dog and going for longer walks in South Hill area. Very charming stay!

Hello and welcome! I’m originally from California and have been hosting guests across several properties for a while now. I enjoy meeting new people, sharing travel stories, and making sure everyone feels right at home. Spokane is a wonderful place to visit, and I’m happy to help you experience the best of it.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

I chose this neighborhood because it’s full of Monroe’s vintage charm and beautiful 100-year-old historic homes. I truly believe in preserving history and giving guests the opportunity to experience what it’s like to live in a century-old house.

This home in particular has its own fascinating past — it once hosted elegant tea parties for the local elite in the early 1900s. The area itself is peaceful, full of character, and surrounded by classic architecture that tells the story of Spokane’s early days. Feel free to ask if you’d like to know more about the home’s secret history!

この宿泊施設の特徴

This property stands out because it’s more than just a piece of history — it’s a living showcase of Spokane’s past. I believe that actions speak louder than words, and you can truly see that through the preserved details, craftsmanship, and character of this home. From the moment you arrive, the vintage architecture and historic charm speak for themselves, offering guests an authentic experience that goes beyond what words can describe.
