Come and stay at this gorgeous unit # 611-1/ 2 of a upstair studio that is a part of historic Spokane in the early 1900’s, previously known as the Monroe House Servant’s Quarters, located in lower South Hill. This 1-bedroom apartment offers Wi-Fi, TV, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and oven. Fresh towels, bed linen and toiletries are offered. Two free parking spaces are located behind the home as well as on-street parking. The Sacred Hearts Medical Center and Shriner’s Hospitals for Children are right down the street. The property is 5 minutes away from Downtown, 1.2 miles from SkyRide, 1.2 miles from Riverfront Square Park, 2.4 miles from Spokane Convention Center, and many other local attractions. Gonzaga University is 3.4 miles away and Eastern Washington University is 17 miles from the apartment. MeadowWood Golf Course is 18 miles from the property. The area itself is peaceful, full of character, and surrounded by classic architecture that tells the story of Spokane’s early days.
