Located just minutes from Kennebunkport, this stretch of beach may be the most beautiful place to stay in Maine. A general store offers parking passes and penny candy for sale, adding to the nostalgia of Maine coastal summers.

The Brook House is a beautifully renovated space nestled among the trees with a beautiful trickling brook for exploring behind the house. Custom built condo/town house in Kennebunkport is tucked away, is a quiet retreat after a long day at the beach but also provides many amenities. This meticulously crafted home offers plenty of living area, an updated kitchen, and The Brook-side House will comfortably sleep 6 guests for a week or a few days of peaceful relaxation. The newly updated kitchen has all the cooking and baking amenities you'll need. A Professional series electric stove and all the other essentials you'll need to prepare a gourmet meal! The space, with details not spared, offers unique built-in cabinetry and luxury finishes on the inside while on the outside a custom built fire pit area can be enjoyed in the quiet evening that only the sound of the brook and peepers seem to live. Our location couldn't be any more perfect, with just a walk or bike ride away from Goose Rocks Beach. Grab one of our coolers, some drinks and hop on your beach cruiser for a day at the best beach in Southern Maine or take a short walk across the street and enjoy a five-star dinner at the acclaimed restaurant "Earth" at Hidden Pond. This private home nestled off the road with a quiet landscape we designed with travelers and families in mind. The outdoor space has a gas grill for your cooking/BBQ-ing convenience.

•Linens provided for the king, queen size beds and the queen pullout couch (located in the downstairs living room).
•Towels, beach towels are always fresh.
•We have plenty of pillows to choose from.
•Kitchen with all necessary equipment needed to prepare meals and a dishwasher helps make clean up easy.
•Washer dryer and laundry detergent/dryer sheets are available for you to use and replenished for you. (We travel too and dislike needing to buy a whole thing of Tide to do a couple of loads of swimsuits and beach towels)

Kennebunkport and Kennebunk are centrally located and easily accessible from Interstate 95, just between Portland, Maine, and Portsmouth, NH.
There's an Amtrak train station in Saco and Wells, along with Uber transport for your traveling needs. Portland's international jet port allows easy flights in and out of Maine. Boston Logan is a short drive, ​and pick-up and drop-off can be arranged with a local vendor.
