BeachyBlue is a designer-appointed 2BR/2BA first-floor villa in Beachside Villas, in the heart of Seagrove Beach on 30A. Start the morning with coffee on your private balcony, then follow the community beach access path to wide stretches of sugar-white sand. With no stairs, a flexible layout that sleeps 8, and a pet-friendly welcome, BeachyBlue is built for easy, low-friction beach days.

Inside, the open living area is comfortable and easy to settle into, with relaxed seating and Smart TVs with DirecTV streaming for downtime between outings. The fully equipped kitchen handles quick breakfasts before the beach, lunch at home, or relaxed dinners after exploring Seagrove and the nearby beach towns. The sleeping setup flexes for families and mixed groups: the primary bedroom has a king bed, and the guest bedroom holds three full beds, so everyone has real space. Two full bathrooms and in-unit laundry keep longer stays comfortable.

Beachside Villas is a well-established community in the heart of Seagrove Beach on 30A. The community offers two pools - one seasonally heated, lighted tennis and pickleball courts, serene lakes, and charcoal grilling areas. A community beach access path leads to the sugar-white sand, and a seasonal beach shuttle runs during peak months. You are minutes from Seaside, The Hub, the Timpoochee bike trail, and the dining and shops that define this stretch of 30A.

Best Beach Getaway

I had a great weekend beach getaway, and this property made it great! The house was so clean and organized, and had everything you need to have the perfect beach day! I truly do not have anything negative to say about this property, I definitely will stay again!

Condo was as pictured and in great condition. Loved having coffee on the patio. Only complaint was not the owners fault - the people above had a lot of kids and were quite loud. Shuttle to the beach was great. I was a bit unsure of not being beach front, but it worked out great.

Beyond expectations

Such a beautiful place it was very quiet and clean and it was stocked with absolutely anything we needed. The only downfall was the access to the beach led to a private beach and it was a good walk from the room to the public beach. They do provide a shuttle but still cumbersome with beach necessities. We will definitely stay here whenever our plans bring us to Santa Rosa Beach!
