BeachyBlue by Epiqhost is a designer-appointed 2BR/2BA first-floor villa in Seagrove on Scenic 30A. Start with coffee on your private balcony, then walk to wide public beaches, no complicated access planning. After the beach, cool off in two community pools or hop on the seasonal beach shuttle during peak months. Sleeps 8 with 1 king and 3 full beds, plus a full kitchen, in-unit laundry, and Smart TVs with DirecTV streaming. Quick drives to Seaside, The Hub, bike paths, and local dining.

The sleeping setup is flexible for families and mixed groups. The primary bedroom includes a king bed, and the guest bedroom provides three full beds, so everyone has real sleeping space without feeling cramped. Two full bathrooms and in-unit laundry keep longer stays comfortable and convenient.

Condo was as pictured and in great condition. Loved having coffee on the patio. Only complaint was not the owners fault - the people above had a lot of kids and were quite loud. Shuttle to the beach was great. I was a bit unsure of not being beach front, but it worked out great.

Beyond expectations

Such a beautiful place it was very quiet and clean and it was stocked with absolutely anything we needed. The only downfall was the access to the beach led to a private beach and it was a good walk from the room to the public beach. They do provide a shuttle but still cumbersome with beach necessities. We will definitely stay here whenever our plans bring us to Santa Rosa Beach!

Best Beach Getaway

I had a great weekend beach getaway, and this property made it great! The house was so clean and organized, and had everything you need to have the perfect beach day! I truly do not have anything negative to say about this property, I definitely will stay again!
