The property is in a great location to walk to downtown Tempe. There’s also great privacy as most rooms are on separate floors. The host may not respond immediately but does always respond and did a great job following up on our requests. For example we needed extra wash cloths so they brought some. Neighbors were loud 2 of the nights I had to use a loud fan noise to sleep but that is not the hosts fault. Overall a great value for group, I’d stay again.

There was NO TIME when we were made welcome or cared for by the host.
Carpet dirty, floors were not mopped/clean. Bits of popcorn, and other debris were found on our floors.
Laundry was placed by us in (non-working machine). During our stay someone entered our rental and left a damp comforter on a table
Walking into the rooftop we found trash left on the ground (empty can, etc.)

The stay was disappointing due to several discrepancies between the listing and the actual experience.The listing clearly stated that a washer and dryer were available, which was a key factor in choosing this property for our group of six on a multi-day stay. However, there were no laundry facilities available at the property.Additionally, the initial supply of towels was not sufficient for six guests. While extra towels were later provided, they were new and unwashed, and without any laundry facilities available, they were not reasonably usable.Communication from the host was also very limited, especially when we reached out with questions during our stay.Overall, the stay did not meet expectations due to inaccurate listing information and lack of communication.

My colleagues and I stayed on a business trip for a week. The accommodations were spacious and very bright, and represented well in the pictures. The location was close to restaurants, groceries and entertainment. Beds were comfortable. Spacious kitchen. No problems with check in/out.Cleanliness: The bathroom and bedroom on the main level had not been cleaned and the carpet on the stairs had not been vacuumed. One of the beds on the third level had stained bedding. I did request for cleaning to be done but that did not happen during our stay. The outside garbage bins were overflowing when we arrived and were not emptied all week. Laundry: there is none in the unit although it had been on the list when we booked. It has since been removed.Communication: We did have trouble connecting to the wifi as AI had sent the check in information and the letters were converted into dashes. After several attempts with messaging and not receiving the correct information from AI, I left a message for the host on the cell phone listed, who responded quickly with the correct password. Our other problem was with the loud music coming from the next door unit which kept us up until 4am the first night. Left a message with the host re recourse - no response. We still dealt with noise next door but after the police came the next day it was a little better. This was interesting as our house rules allowed no visitors, parties and no noise after 10pm due to respect for the neighbours!
