This charming home is 1 1/2 blocks to the beach with an open layout. The living and dining areas have all new furniture and a 42" flat screen TV. The living room features a temper pedic queen plus sized sleeper sofa, requires King sheets. There is also a full bath on the first floor. The primary bedroom has a king sized bed, the second bedroom has a queen and the third bedroom has two single beds. All bedrooms have their own private bathroom. Additional amenities include a front screened in porch on the first floor, a 2nd floor open deck, rear patio, central air and high-speed wireless internet. Smart TV with streaming apps and dedicated house Hulu account available on the main TV in the family room. Property offered in the off season for weekly rentals. Friday to Friday option may be available. Please inquire for more details.

We have stayed at Cape May Point for the past 30 years renting various properties meeting our needs as our family grew. This year we had four adults and the property this year met our needs superbly. It had a very well equipped kitchen, one block from the beach and two lovely outdoor spaces in the front of the house and one in the back. The screened porch was our favorite spot for morning coffee. The house was immaculate and well maintained. The central A/C had two zones and kept the house at a very comfortable temperature. The three bedrooms each had their own full bath with shower and there was also a full bath with shower on the first floor. The outdoor shower was spacious and much appreciated after a day at the beach. I think the property is a very good value and I would definitely consider another stay in the future.

This was the best house we have stayed at in Cape May Point. Very clean, spacious and quiet. It’s got everything you need including an incredible outdoor shower. We hope to stay here again!
