Thank you so much for this wonderful review! We’re thrilled to hear that you loved the design of the home, enjoyed the pool, and appreciated the convenient location near stores and restaurants. We also wanted to share that we’ve since added a dishwasher, making the kitchen even more comfortable and convenient for our guests. We’re always looking for ways to enhance the experience, and feedback like yours helps guide those improvements. Thank you again for choosing our home and for taking the time to leave such a kind review. We’d love to welcome you back anytime for another stay in Playa del Carmen!

Thank you for staying with us over the Thanksgiving holiday and for taking the time to share your experience. We’re glad to hear you had a pleasant stay overall and that the home provided plenty of space for your group to be comfortable. We sincerely apologize for the challenges you experienced with check-in and communication. We understand how frustrating it must have been not to receive wristbands promptly and to have confusion around check-in and check-out timing. This is not the experience we aim to provide, and your feedback has been shared with our management team so we can improve pre-arrival communication and ensure clearer coordination going forward. We also appreciate your note about the kitchen space and will keep this in mind as we continue to look for ways to improve the experience for larger groups. Thank you again for choosing our home for your holiday stay. We truly value your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to provide an even smoother experience in the future

Thank you so much for staying with us again and for taking the time to share such a thoughtful review! We’re thrilled to hear that Casa Phyllis was once again a great fit for your group and that you enjoyed the space, cleanliness, and overall comfort of the home. We’re especially glad you appreciated the private pool, the well-stocked kitchen, and the convenience of being within walking distance to downtown Playa del Carmen. It’s wonderful to hear that you were able to enjoy local markets, cook meals together, and make the most of the home’s amenities, including the washer and dryer. Thank you as well for your kind words about our responsiveness as hosts. It truly means a lot to know that Casa Phyllis was one of the highlights of your trip. We’d love to welcome you back for a third stay anytime, our door is always open!

Thank you so much for your kind words. We’re thrilled to hear how much you loved the house, the location, and the neighborhood. Playacar is truly special, and we’re glad it made your stay so enjoyable. We also appreciate you sharing your feedback about the main gate access. At peak times, entry lines can occasionally take longer than expected, and we understand how that can be frustrating when coming and going. Your suggestion is a helpful one, and we’re always exploring ways to make arrival and access as smooth as possible for our guests while working within community security protocols. Thank you again for staying with us and for taking the time to leave such thoughtful feedback. We’d love to welcome you back anytime for another visit to Playa del Carmen!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for highlighting the fantastic location and family-friendly space. We’re glad you enjoyed the amenities, walkability, and overall layout of the home, and we truly appreciate you choosing to stay with us. We also value your honest comments regarding areas that fell short of expectations. Your notes about bedding, furnishings, select amenities, and maintenance items are helpful and taken seriously. We strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and feedback like this helps us identify where updates and improvements are needed. We are already reviewing several of the items you mentioned, including bedding quality, outdoor seating, bikes, and maintenance concerns, to ensure future guests have an improved experience. We appreciate your perspective, especially given the location and pricing expectations, and we’re committed to continuing to invest in the home so it aligns with the quality our guests expect. Thank you again for staying with us and for sharing your thoughts, we wish you all the best in your future travels.

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the home, the location, and the walkability of Playacar, and that your family felt comfortable exploring the neighborhood. We are truly sorry for the water outage you experienced toward the end of your stay. We fully understand how disruptive and frustrating this must have been, especially while preparing to depart, and we regret that the situation was not resolved quickly enough to restore full comfort. While intermittent municipal water interruptions can occasionally occur in the area, we recognize that the impact on your stay was significant and not the experience we aim to provide. We appreciate your patience while our property manager worked to troubleshoot the issue and explore alternatives, and we regret that the solution offered did not adequately meet your needs given your travel plans. Your feedback has been taken seriously, and we are reviewing both our water contingency procedures and guest communication protocols to ensure clearer instructions and faster resolution should anything like this occur again. Thank you again for staying with us and for your thoughtful review. We genuinely appreciate your perspective, as it helps us improve for future guests, and we wish you and your family the very best in your travels ahead.
