Your stay includes essentials such as gated assigned parking, beach blankets, oversized beach towels, a cooler, boogie board, bottled water, USB outlets, nightlights, mesh Wi-Fi, Bluetooth speaker, laundry detergent, dish supplies, cleaning items, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bug spray, tissues, and a fully equipped kitchen. Families can also request a Pack & Play or highchair.

For added convenience, we offer optional services including airport transfers, grocery delivery, private chef experiences, housekeeping, and personalized day trips.

Safety and peace of mind are central to your stay. The penthouse features two fire extinguishers, CO₂ and smoke detectors, non-slip shower surfaces, handrails for rooftop stairs and the plunge pool, two digital safes, a digital lock with remote assistance for lost codes, and keyed locks on all bedrooms and bathrooms. A landline is provided for 911, and the main level is supported by mesh Wi-Fi for reliable connectivity.

The building includes a backup generator, CCTV-monitored common areas, 24/7 on-site security, and gated assigned parking with visitor spaces. The Playacar community itself is exceptionally safe, with round-the-clock neighborhood security, monitored CCTV, registered taxis, appointment-based deliveries, and two hospitals within yards of the entrances. Access to the beach is gated and secure.
