Do NOT book this place, it’s a SCAM. The reservation was confirmed and fully paid for through Vrbo but I had not recieved check in details or any communication from the host. So the day of check in we gave the host a call, he did not pick up so we left a voicemail asking for assistance to check in and gave our arrival time. The host texts us back and says this exactly “Hi this is Josh. I just got your voicemail. Unfortunately this reservation should not have been confirmed and the property is not available. I do not have access to the VRBO account right now to message/cancel properly. Please contact VRBO support immediately through the app/your confirmation email and request that they relocate you or issue a full refund. I’m sorry for the inconvenience VRBO will need to handle this directly as soon as possible.” How can you have a listing on Vrbo but not have access to it? None of this makes any sense. How could the payments be completed, the address be given out and contact details and this guy says he has no access to the account? Imagine we showed up to the property before calling to ask for check in details. I would not trust booking with this host. Very sketchy.
