The Space:
Traveling should be enjoyable and simple. THE STAY will do everything we can to help achieve that for you.
Easy Check in: An email for your latch access will be sent (please make sure that you have provided our email address to your host) before check-in, and you may arrive at any time after 3 p.m.
Building and Unit access: Latch app will be used during your stay and access will be provided to your email.
Experienced Team: Our company has hosted over 20,000 reservations. We have you covered
Professional Clean: We deliver a great experience for our guests
Adequate Supplies: Our guests will have all of the necessities they require during their stay.
Immediate Response: It is very important to us that you receive timely and respectful communication
Free Wifi: We are only mentioning this because it’s so important. It comes as standard with our properties
Guest Access:
You'll have access to the whole space. Access will be sent through Latch app. Please download.
Access to amenities is available ( fitness center and pool when in season), but a refundable deposit is required. Before you access them, please inquire first.
The Neighborhood:
Walkable, bicycle-friendly, and close to downtown. It is home to several parks, including Soulard Park and Frenchtown Dog Park. Attractions include the Anheuser-Busch Biergarten, the Budweiser Brewery Experience, and the Mad Art Gallery. I-65 extends along the west side of Soulard for easy access to downtown, located about one mile north.
Getting Around:
There are numerous excellent public transportation options. Laclede Cab is St. Louis' most well-known cab company, but we also have UBER and LYFT.
Other Things to Note:
For NON-AIRBNB BOOKING PLATFORMS: We are requiring a $500 security deposit and a signed credit card authorization form.
Please ensure you are booking with your full legal name.
Amenity Access - pool, dog park and gym only after the amenity deposit has been paid.
