The Space:
Fabulous apartment provides cozy elegance! Perfect for business or pleasure or both! Spacious rooms. Full kitchen, all new dishes, glassware, great cookware, free coffee or tea, toiletries, “ forgotten” amenities. Just steps to dining at The Great Grizzly Bear and their free shuttle to all local sporting events - plus all that Soulard has to offer. 1000 times better than hotel!

This newly complete rehabbed 3rd fl apartment is located "On the island" of Soulard which includes 23+ restaurants / bars within walking distance, live music, Soulard Farmers Market and A-B Brewery. Minutes to downtown, Gateway Arch, Cardinals baseball and other attractions a short 2 minute $7 Uber/taxi ride.

No expenses were spared to offer you a luxury place to stay while in Soulard. Every aspect and detail was considered. Here's what our Apartment in Historic Soulard has to offer!

Guest access:
Private entrance with keyless entry, Apartment is 1 of 2 units in building. This is a "Top of Geyer" location. Stunning views and amazing perception of the entire neighborhood of Soulard from the 3rd fl location.

Interaction with guests
You have the place to yourself and will respect your privacy. however we are available for help or recommendations 24/7 usually by phone, text, or email and will reply as soon as possible.

Other things to note:
Self check-in with keyless touch pad. We do like to have an idea of your arrival and departure times to schedule cleaning. Code and directions given in message prior to arrival.

-The location but do have strict NO PARTIES and NO SMOKING of cigarettes or marijuana or anything else in the location rule.

-A few friends(4 or less per the city occupancy codes) stopping by is not a problem but please respect the location like your own.

-There are monitored cameras on property on the landings to assure the rules are followed.
The security deposit will be taken if any rules are violated and you will be asked to leave immediately.

~Pets are always welcome, however there is an additional $60 one time fee. This is to cover the cost of an additional "deep" cleaning to assure future guests with allergies are not affected.

~Early check-in or late check-out is offered for an additional fee of $30 We pay a fair wage to our cleaning crew and this requires an extra cleaning person for 1.5 hrs to get the location ready in a shorter period of time.

~This location is located on the 3rd fl of a historic brick building. There WILL BE stairs involved. The exceptional views from the top and beautiful location are worth the climb.

We had a wonderful stay at the Top of Geyer! It is such a great property in a popular area. Very close to so many things! The host has thought of everything you may need, even down to a few sound machines and cotton swabs! The host was very communicative and quick to respond if needed. 100% would stay here again.

The apartment was close to everything, beautifully decorated, spacious, clean and quiet. The host went above and beyond to help us figure out a way to store our personal belongings ahead of an event we were going to despite it not being time to check-time yet. I highly recommend this property for the location, the space and the host.

What a great location!! We enjoyed food at the Great Grizzly that is located downstairs. The staff is amazing and the owner made sure to come and greet us while we were there. We had breakfast at Cafe Miami which is only a 5 minute walk. Everything in the VRBO was as described and very comfortable. We would definitely book again.

This apartment is really nice. It has a modern feel even though it's an older building. It's also quite spacious. Bonnie reached out to us before we got there and was available for any questions we might have had. There were also pamphlets and some restaurant menus and a little container there in the living room. That was one of those little extras that when you're just in town for a day and you're wanting to figure out some things to do, it's handy. We went out on walks around the neighborhood and found a pizza joint with Pizza that's made over a wood fire. We also walked down to some of the old churches and happened to catch the church bells ringing. Overall, we had a really nice stay there.

My sisters and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is spacious, with well thought out amenities. Being near the farmer's market was a plus for us and also being relatively near to other attractions. The downside would be the steps, especially for seniors. Further, because it's an old building the pipe system needs some updating. Our host, Bonnie was efficient and very caring and accommodating. We really appreciated her.

This was honestly one of the most convenient rentals I’ve ever booked. The location offered several thoughtful amenities, including noise machines—which came in handy when it got a little loud outside. I wasn’t sure what they were for when we arrived, but quickly understood and appreciated them.The unit was also well-stocked with everything needed to prepare meals, including items we didn’t expect and ended up buying before realizing they were already provided.The location itself was incredible. Many essentials were within walking distance. We picked up groceries at Vincent’s 14th St. Market, less than a mile away, and found everything we needed. We also visited McGurk’s Irish Pub & Garden and had a great time there. The St. Louis Zoo was only about a 12-minute drive, and although we didn’t visit the Arch on this trip, it was only about seven minutes away.The host was also kind enough to provide Keurig pods and a selection of snacks on the table. We only had a couple, but it was a thoughtful touch. The bathroom was very clean and modern, and we both especially loved the shower head.Overall, we loved the location, the unit, and our entire stay. Highly recommended.

Nice apartment in downtown

This is a lovely stay in downtown. There are a few casual restaurants within a few blocks and a nice dog park a few blocks away as well. The property has a lot of stairs to access it so be prepared for that.

Wonderful cozy location in Soulard

What a great place. Cozy and roomy at the same time and the location could not be more perfect. We enjoyed everything about our stay and will definitely be back. A great place to bring your pets, complete with treats. Bonnie and the management team were super responsive and took care of every little detail and were always available.

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay at the Top of Geyer apartment. As many of the reviews have commented, the stairs to the top are steep but not terrible. Everything was provided to suit our needs. The location is perfect for walking to restaurants and the Soulard Market. Bonnie was a great host and communicated everything that we needed including some great restaurant recommendations!
