Hello, and welcome! We are Matt (John Matthew) and Kath. Childhood friends who fell in love after several mission trips as teenagers, we are now passionate about creating inviting spaces for guests.

Our journey in hospitality began unexpectedly when we took over a local café 12 years ago. Over the next decade, we grew our family with three wonderful children and eventually transitioned from café owners to short-term rental hosts, transforming our former home into a cozy getaway.

Matt excels in building beautiful, detail-oriented spaces, while Kath, the dreamer, envisions complex projects that Matt brings to life. Together, we create perfect places for you to relax and unwind with your loved ones. We are honored to share our passion with you and look forward to hosting you.

When we set out to find the perfect property for our dream vacation rental, our vision was clear: a beautiful location with stunning water views and plenty of space to create something special. After months of searching, we finally found it, a breathtaking property that immediately captured our hearts. With its serene ambiance and beautiful view of the creek, it was everything we’d dreamed of.

The existing structure on the property wasn’t quite what we envisioned. So, we made the decision to start fresh, taking down the old build to make room for something new. The journey of demolition and design was both challenging and exciting, but we were driven by the idea of creating a space that would offer guests the perfect retreat.

Focusing on creating a warm, inviting atmosphere, we designed a modern, comfortable space that blends seamlessly with the natural surroundings. Today, we are proud to share our creation with others—a place where guests can relax, unwind, and enjoy the beauty that first inspired us.
