Great Deal for a Great Spot. We enjoyed our stay. The property was exactly as advertised, communication was excellent the entire time, and everything went smooth. Property grounds are well taken care of and we took advantage of the pools on site. 10/10 would stay again!

This property was exactly as described. It was clean and spacious. We didn’t get a chance to access the pool but the outside was clean and well kept as well. We were there for a sports tournament and the location was convenient to where the games were held and to the beach. We will definitely be back!

Great condo, very clean and the location is awesome. The only negative thing is the mattress in the master and 2nd bed room need to be replaced. Me or my wife hardly slept. My old daughter had the same issue in her bed room. Youngest slept like a baby.

Very nice condo. It was clean and had good space. One negative is the internet access. It was spotty and doesn’t seem that there is a dedicated access for the condo. This was tricky for having teens with us.

POOR COMMUNICATIONFILTHY FILTHY & BROKEN FURNITUREProperty manager Stacey, communication was horrible. Went months without replies. Tried contacting through VRBO messaging and no response for over a month. Called and got ahold of Stacey and she said she would get back to me but never rcvd a call. She said the best way to contact her was to text. NOPE sent several texts and nothing. Carpet was badly stained and filthy. So bad had to wear shoes all the time. Dust and webs covered walls. Busted chairs, cracked master sink, bed linen soiled, etc. Furniture was heavily soiled. Mattresses are old, lumpy, and because the are broke down and rest on wood slats, when you move on them they sound like you are rolling on a bag of chips and sounds of cracking wood. Pillows are old and flat, need 3 to make 1 regular pillow. Washer detergent tray filled with slime and mold and dryer takes 2 to 3 cycles to dry a small load. Dining table filthy with food in cracks and stained. Ice maker and frig water not connected. 1 mesage Stacey did reply to, 2 days later, was regarding the air filter that was so full you couldn't even see the filter. Which they did take care of. I spent hours cleaning and laundering there stuff. Which took away from spending time with family. Still no reply from Stacey at all. I also composed an email of all the issues, texts, etc with photos and still no reply.Hope they do a deep clean, shampoo carpets, update all furnishings. Pool is nice and met a great neighbor.
