The Space:

Welcome to this oceanfront getaway at Ocean Reef Resort located in beautiful Myrtle Beach, SC! This unit is located in an oceanfront resort, so not only will you enjoy the unobstructed oceanview from your balcony but it will only take a few minutes to get down to the beach. The resort has tons and tons of amenities - see photos!



Our condo is comfortably and completely furnished with many of the luxuries of home! Each stay includes towels, linens and a complimentary starter set of toilet paper, shampoo, and conditioner, however, we encourage guests to bring additional supplies. The unit is perfect for a couple or small family beach retreat.



Parking: Easy access private parking lot (open air) across the street from the resort. There is also a parking garage with a height clearance of 7 ft. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have golf carts, motorcycles, trailers, RVs or boats in the parking lot.



Entry: Complex Elevator Available! Self check-in with keypad.



Unit: 2 queen beds. Dining table. Mini fridge. Microwave. Access to the Oceanfront balcony via sliding glass doors.



Bathroom: Tub/shower.



Balcony: Private balcony with an unobstructed oceanview.



Beach: Walk a few minutes through the resort to access the beach! Multiple outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex. Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.



Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.



Other Amenities: HOA owned and operated. Operation hours vary based on the seasonal conditions.



Guest Access:

Guests will have the condo to themselves along with resort amenities.

The unit is located in Ocean Reef Resort - situated in a highly desired section of northern Myrtle Beach, SC.

Getting Around:

2 parking passes are provided for your stay. Ubers, Taxis, Lyfts, etc. are also readily available in our area.



Other Things to Note:

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc.



Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.



Routine pest control through the HOA occurs on the 3rd Monday in March, June, September and December. On the day of service, a technician will need access to the property in order to complete the treatment, and we kindly request that guests allow entry. You will be notified a few days prior to the scheduled visit. Please note that if access is not provided, a fine of up to $250 may be applied to the reservation.

By the HOA guidelines, we kindly ask that the booking guest needs to be at least 25 years of age or older with identity verified through the booking platform



ADDITIONAL NOTES:

1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.
