Hi Teresa. I am very shocked by the review left here considering the text messages you sent as we were communicating before and after your stay about the fridge stated that you enjoyed the place and that it was much nicer that most other places. Being thar we were in constant communication I wish your concerns had been expressed to me so that they could have been promptly addressed. Apologies for the misunderstandings about the repairman but when I communicated the day after your arrival about scheduling you did state that it was ok for the time being that your husband had fixed the issue temporarily. I did offer a discount for the fridge not working properly upon your initial arrival and was glad that you were able to utilize the additional refrigerator in the unit. Based on your feedback, the "real" coffee pot will be added back to the counter so that guests may have both options. The house has been occupied and rented steadily since March prior to your arrival so am quite shocked about the other comments as well. There is monthly pest control for both inside and outside that has serviced the property since 2023 and the company did check for pests after your complaint and found no issues or evidence of that. Thank you for your stay and I do thank you for the feedback.

Ann and her family (plus the pups) were a pleasure to host. They were very considerate and left the place in great shape folllowing all the checkout rules. They would be great to host again if the opportunity arises.

Hi William and Faye. I am so sorry that you did not enjoy your stay at our property as other guests have. I did try to address your concerns and move you due to your dissatisfaction with us. We take great pride in our property and in our guests and do not want any one to be disgruntled about staying with us. The property is a duplex as per the listing and you did have the entire upper unit to yourselves as rented. There is a carbon monoxide and fire detector in the hall as per regulations which could have easily been missed. Also, the young man who came below you for one night with his black lab did not have a party and was alone after reviewing camera footage. I am also sorry that you found the public beach parking expensive but we do advise guests who do not want to pay for the parking to enjoy the short walk through the neighborhood down to direct beach access across from our street. We take all feedback seriously and again we apologize that your experience was not satisfactory.
