Best location in Tamarindo!! 150 Meters to the Ocean, walking distance to all the amenities, entertainment, shopping, dining and all the fun stuff Tamarindo has to offer. This unit is #9 in 3rd floor, 2 Bedroom 2 Full baths. This complex offers elevator, community pool, security gate, Zen garden. This condo has an extended covered terrace off the living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining, AC units throughout, blackout curtains, TV, WiFi. Queen bed, queen bed and sofa bed for a comfortable stay.
This Condo is perfect for 3 couples or a families.
The Location is great
Walking distance to all Tamarindo has to offer.
You don't need a rental car we can arrange airport transportation. Although we have private parking
Unit is spacious
Quiet complex in the center of Town. Great private amenities and security.

Gorgeous condo in the heart of Tamarindo

This stay could not have been better. The condo had everything we could need. It was immaculate and safe and right in the center of everything but quiet for sleep. It was perfect. Thanks for hosting us.

Location Location location

We came with our 2 adult children and they loved the location literally a short walk to the beach and every where really. Had a great kitchen but didn’t have any supplies other than pepper so you have to shop for everything, so handy having 3 washrooms balcony was great I worked out in the little gazebo and the property was definitely as advertised highly recommended

Great location

Location is great. Air conditioning failed. Safe was locked, unable to use. Dishwasher was broken. Not the cleanest. Communication with manager was good.

This place needs love.

Okay. I will start with this: This condo is in a perfect location and the property itself is great. The actual condo, though, needs attention. The A/C unit went out on us multiple times during our stay. If you look back through the reviews, you will see that it has been an issue for MONTHS and has yet to be properly addressed. Laying in bed sweating all night when it is 90 degrees outside with high humidity is ridiculous when you are paying this kind of money. There are numerous item that need to be repaired as well. It needs to be updated, painted, and for heavens sake; it absolutely needs new beds and bedding. Thise are the worst. duri g our stay

You can't beat this location! Pura Vida!

You can't beat this location! Steps from dinner, groceries and a short walk to the beach! Pura Vida!We were out a night time quite often during our stay and we always felt very safe. This area is quiet at nighttime.The tap water is drinkable and I did drink it many times without issues before I discovered the reverse osmosis system attached to the faucet. That was a nice surprise!Security is always at the door. It would be very useful to try to speak Spanish to them, they appreciate the attempt and do not seem to know any English.Air conditioning was not an issue for us but we did find it warmer at nighttime so we removed 1 blanket. Problem solved! The a/c vent in the room with the balcony was somewhat noisy if you are a light sleeper so we switched to the other bedroom which was quieter.We didn't use the pool because the beach is so close but it did look clean and refreshing.Check out The Roof for a sunset dinner, it's so close to the condos and has delicious pizza and pasta!This was our first time using VRBO and these condos were definitely more charming than many hotels we have stayed. I would stay here again.

Ok for the price

First, I’d like to commend Helena, the property manager. She was incredibly responsive to all of our messages and quick to address concerns. However, there were several issues that impacted our stay. The dishwasher was broken when we arrived. Although a technician came out two days in a row, it couldn’t be fixed. We appreciated being refunded $150 for the inconvenience, but it was still frustrating to deal with. The condo was uncomfortably hot, with the thermostat locked at a minimum setting of 76°F. After raising the issue, a technician adjusted it to allow for 72°F, but it was still warmer than we prefer at night. If you enjoy a cooler sleeping environment, this may not be the place for you. Cleanliness was another concern. The condo wasn’t particularly clean upon check-in, and the towels provided were not just damp but fully wet, creating a musty smell in the unit for several days. On the second night, my son decided to try the pullout sofa in hopes of a cooler sleep. When I pulled out the sheets, they were damp, so I washed them. Then, upon opening the sofa bed, we discovered what appeared to be used tissues with unpleasant stains. Needless to say, we decided not to use it, which was disappointing and frankly unsettling. Overall, these issues made the stay less comfortable and enjoyable than we had hoped. While the property manager’s manager’s attentiveness was appreciated, the lack of cleanliness and climate control significantly detracted from our experience.
