SNOWBIRDS WELCOME! Seeking snowbirds to make this cozy condo their home. Contact me to negotiate a good deal.

★ FREE Parking for one car. $30 each additional car.
★ 1 bedroom with king size bed
★ 1 Queen pull-out sleeper
★ 2 full bathrooms
★ Living room has a 55" smart TV & free cable
★ Fully equipped kitchen
★ Fast WiFi
★ Washer and dryer in unit
★ Self check-in
★ On the 1st floor - Elevator access or walking stairs
Guest access
HOA Amenities included:
★ Indoor/outdoor swim through heated pool & hot tub (open daily from 8 am to 10 pm)
