Spacious and Modern Woods Hole Retreat

Walk to downtown Woods Hole, the aquarium and science center, the bike path and the Martha's Vineyard ferry terminal; spend the day on a beach or exploring Falmouth; then return to this modern, comfortable home in a quiet Woods Hole neighborhood. The house is well equipped, good for families. Ground floor master suite, plus extra half bath and large open common area. Second floor bedroom has bunk beds plus a single, and an office with extra trundle bed. Fully finished basement has a queen bed, separate bath. This is a new listing to VRBO, but we have been renting through AirB&B for several years.

Super comfortable house

We stayed for 11 days at Dia's house. It was very comfortable, huge (three bedrooms plus a fully finished basement that opens to their backyard). We had a great time and were able to cook, do laundry and borrow their two bikes. Strongly recommend it and will book again

Wonderful home in an excellent location! We enjoyed amazing bird watching from the living room and dining area. Bikes were made available to us with easy access to the Shining Sea bike trail. We hardly ever drove our car while staying here. Easy access to fantastic beaches. The host Dia was helpful with recommendations and initiated communication prior to our arrival, when I had been too busy to get to it. This felt like staying in a home (full of books!) in a local neighborhood rather than a sterile hotel. We were really able to relax and enjoy ourselves.
Birdfeeder in the backyard attracted some lovely birds
