Mt Adams Adventure

Summary:

Beautiful luxurious contemporary home with River views. This home has all the bells and whistles and sleeps up to 12. It is completely furnished and has a fully stocked kitchen for you chefs. With walk out decks from the 1st and 3rd floors you will enjoy the beatiful river views and relax in the Cincinnati sun. The house also has a "game room" on the 4th floor that is stocked with a shuffleboard game table, and an Infinite Game table with up to 48 electronic board games.



The Space:

4 Story home. Downstairs consists of garage and a bedroom with a sofa bed, its own onsuite bathroom and a large HD Smart Television. The 2nd floor is where you will enter, and is open concept that includes a gourmet kitchen with SS applainces, granite counters, a dining area, a living room, and a half bath. There is a walkout there to the 1st floor deck. The 2nd floor consists of 3 bedrooms. There is a large master with a King bed, dresser, and large HD Smart television. It also boasts a large onsuite bathroom with soaking tub and shower, and a large walk-in closet. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, anda large smart HD television. The 3rd bedroom has a a 2 full bunk beds that sleeps four, a dresser, and a large HD smart televison. The 4th floor consisits of a "game room". It boasts a wet bar, a queen sleeper sofa, a 48 game electronic game table, a shuffleboard game table, and a large walk out deck with lots of patio furniture and an awesome river view. The house is adorned with Cincinnati scenic pictures, aand Cincinnatio Sport memorabilia.



Guest Access:

Electronic door lock on the front door. Unique codes will be sent for each visit.



The Neighborhood:

Located right up the hill from the main city, Mt. Adams is historic, and very walkable neighborhhod with many delis, coffeee shops, and bars to entertain. You can either stay up here to wine and dine, or go down to the big city which is just about a 2 minute drive to the heart of the city, and the stadiums, or the Hard Rock Casino is only about a mile away.



Getting Around:

Mt Adams is walkable. If you want to go to the city it is best to take a Red bike or drive as it is a mile or 2 away.

I give permission to the property manager to use a third party to verify my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam folder for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions.



The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee includes up to 1,500 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to 100,000 coverage for accidental property damage and bodily injury. Complete terms regarding the Trust and Safety coverage can be provided by the property manager. The Trust and Safety Fee is refundable only if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date.



Must be 23 to rent. No pets. No parties. No smoking. Quiet time after 11:00 PM.



Interaction with Guests:

Will be available if needed. Other than that, it is your vacation, and we will let you decide how to spend your time.
