One of the few 2 bedroom condos with a full water view! See the Orlando Eye and Sea World from your balcony!! Across from the 2nd pool area!
Enjoy this beautiful Orlando condo rental located at the Vista Cay Resort., You have a awesome view of the resort lake, Sea World and the new Orlando Eye. You will be very close to Disney World, Universal Studios, Seaworld, golfing, and the Orange County Convention Center is just across the street.

Spacious condo with two bedrooms, two baths, on the top (4th) floor condo in Vista Cay Resort. It has a King bed in the Master Suite, and in the second bedroom has 2 full size beds. This condo will include towels, linen, iron with ironing board, hair dryer, coffee maker, microwave oven, refrigerator, full size stove, glass top range, dishwasher, electric toaster, central heat/air, dishes, cookware and utensils for your use.
Tax, processing fee and cleaning fee are additional charges. The purchase of a vacation rental damage protection $50 USD (non- refundable) or a refundable Damage Deposit of $400 USD would be required prior to check in.

All and all a decent place to stay. Beginning to get to be outdated and can see signs of wear and use, especially on appliances and commonalities in the kitchen. Housekeeping could do a better job, dirty dishes in the dishwasher from previous stay, hair on bath tow

Very nice place to stay!

The Waterside condo was a clean, well maintained, well equipped condo. The pictures accurately represent the condo. The building was very quiet. The pool was great and the area around it was well maintained. There is a small shopping area basically across the street from the condo with a grocery store and a few small restaurants, pizza-Chinese-Mexican. We would certainly stay again.

The only good part was the prompt service manager

I’ve stayed at vista Cay multiple times over the years. I love the location and the pool. This time we booked through Canada stays and the unit was horrible. The unit is in need of a refresh. Kitchen- good condition but there were such limited supplies. No paper towels. Broken wine opener. Bathrooms- there was a half of a roll in each bathroom and no extra rolls. Carpet is stained and filthy. The outdoor deck which have been a big reason why I love vista cay was filthy and in desperate need of a pressure washing. The furniture was bad. There was no screen door. The bed in the master was so uncomfortable my husband and I woke up in pain. I called the service tech Steven who was THE only saving grace of this property. He went out and bought some cheap foam toppers for the mattress. It didn’t help much but was a nice gesture. I was really disappointed in my stay from check in (no instructions) to unit (old, worn and the worst bed ever). I’d look elsewhere for a better unit.

Great place

We enjoyed our stay. Had a wonderful view of Little Cay Lake and the pool was just across the parking lot. It was clean when we arrived. Easy access. Grocery store a block away.
