Perfect location. Nice condo but could use a deep clean (floors, toilets). Had several roaches in the kitchen and bathroom next to the kitchen.

Very nice place. Clean and spacious with great location to the beach and surroundings. Well equipped with everything you need including towels toiletries and cooking needs. Will definitely keep this place in mind for future stays. The only issue we have was parking. The spot we were assigned #311N was right across from curb packing and people parking there made it very difficult to get in a d our of our spot.

Good Time

They only downfall for us is they didn't have any blankets. My son had to sleep on the pull-out couch and there were no blankets for him so we had to buy some at Walmart. That was a bummer. Other than that, the place was great. I did message the property management prior to my stay with some questions, and they never responded so I wasn't thrilled with that either.

Great condo steps from the beach

We had a great stay at this property. Pool and beach were fantastic. Room was clean and well appointed. Only negative we really had was the master bedroom mattress is pretty well worn out. They tried to make it better with a mattress topper, but it really just needs replaced. Love the property though.would certainly reconsider when back in the area.

Perfect for my family

My children are now old enough to enjoy a true vacation. It was the first time at the beach for my children and it was really hard to keep them out of the amazing pools here! It was a beautiful, safe and peaceful vacation.

A Treasure on Treasure Island

For our Sisters vacation, this place was perfect. We each had our own bed and bathroom and the view overlooking the pool and beach was beautiful. Loved the extra ammenities (gym and pool and cafe). friends came to visit us and were impressed by the ammenities and additional parking next door was convenient. Stores and shops were close by. We gals like it quiet and this was perfect, even though near the pool. plenty of water pressue in the master shower, not in the handsink and the 2nd shower needed more hot water, my sister says. Loved it though :)

Easy beach access. Good location. Didn’t receive an email from the management company regarding check in but the owner responded immediately and we were able to access the unit. No other issues after that!

Exceeded our Expectations!

We were extremely pleased with our stay at Cinnamon beach! From the cleanliness of the whole complex to the spacious unit, beautiful sunset etc. it was a great vacation! The kids loved the pools, club house and air hockey also. We will be back!

Repeat visitors

My friends and I have stayed at this building several times and I believe even in this unit. We feel the pool size and set up is one of the best in the area and the room has a great gulf view over the pool. It has easy access to the beach and chairs and an umbrella and toys for kids. Comfortable and clean. We would look to stay here again without question.

Wonderful Experience

The whole family enjoyed our stay. Everything was nice and clean and quiet. The view is incredible and the Sunsets were Marvelous! The location is very convenient to everything you need. We will definitely return to this unit.

My wife, two daughters, and I stayed in the condo for 4 nights. We had a great stay. We all loved the ease to get to the beautiful, clean beach. The kids really enjoyed the clean pool as well. We liked that there are a couple bins full of beach toys that could be borrowed/used. We all liked the condo. It was perfect for a family of four. A few easy fixes for the owner or management company to address are: the refrigerator handle was busted and hanging, some basic items would be nice like: salt and pepper, coffee filters, laundry detergent, soap dishes in the bathrooms, and a good dusting. The ceiling fans are coated in dust and dirt. Also, when you turn the TV on in the living room it also turns the TV on in the bedroom. The washing machine is loud so I recommend not using it at night. All in all we had a great time. We recommend Fort DeSoto Park which is a short 30-40 minutes drive south. $5 admission fee. My family and I would stay at this condo again. Thank you. We also had good communication with the property management company as well.

Family trip

Condo was a great location! The condo floor had some dirty spots and counter needed to be wiped down. The bed was awful in the master bedroom and the pull coach needs a mattress pad and sheets! Loved the location and security was great! Pool staying open late was great too for my teen kids!
