Unwind in peace while remaining central to SF's best neighborhoods. Enjoy a safe and quiet neighborhood with ample street parking and a gated property.
Located just a short walk to Cole Valley, Inner Sunset, Parnasus Heights neighbors. Enjoy nearby hiking trails to the top of Twin Peaks!
This space is located on the ground and 2nd floor of a modern-style west coast home with spacious outdoor areas and large windows to take in city and bay views. First floor living area includes a fully-stocked Kitchen, dining room, and living room with 2 swivel chairs and a sections. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms each with a private bathroom and an adjoining room with a queen-sized sleeper couch, smart-TV, and desk. Additionally there is an outdoor terrace with turf-grass adjoining one of the bedrooms.
Guests have full and private access to entire upper floors, and upper levels of the deck. Host lives on site with access to the lower deck areas and a shared front gate.
