Discover Paradise Palms at Heritage Landing Golf and Country Club. This exquisite ground-level condominium features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a den, and one-car garage offering a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and convenience.

The open floor plan connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas, providing a versatile space for various activities. Whether you are hosting a lively dinner party or enjoying a quiet evening with a book, the layout offers both entertaining and relaxing environments. The back lanai offers a view of the lake and morning sunrises, while the front lanai provides a space for afternoon gatherings with neighbors. The primary bedroom has a King bed, smart TV, ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, large walk-in shower, and his-and-her closets. The guest bedroom includes a Queen bed and smart TV. The den offers a sleeper sofa and a work desk.

While staying at Paradise Palms, enjoy resort style amenities such as picklball, tennis, fitness center, spa, resort pool with lap lanes, a pool side tiki bar, and a satellite pool just steps away from the condo.

Heritage Landing Golf and Country Club offers an 18-hole Gordon Lewis Championship course, driving range, chipping and putting green, snack bar, and pro shop. Full golf privileges are available for transfer.

Punta Gorda is situated in Southwest Florida. It is located between two airports, approximately 45 minutes from beaches, and near Charlotte Harbor.

Please Note: To comply with community club rules, all renters must sign a separate lease agreement and submit a membership transfer with copies of your drivers' licences for HOA approval. We will send these via Docusign after your booking is confirmed.

My husband and I, along with our two children and goldendoodle, call Indiana home. However, our love for Southwest Florida started decades ago. For many years we dreamed of owning our own piece of paradise in the Sunshine State and in 2020 we made our dream a reality. We now have 3 properties in Southwest Florida that we welcome guests to make their home away from home.

Outside of work, we enjoy traveling, spending time together as a family, watching our children play in sports, going to the beach, playing golf, boating, hiking, and exploring new places.

The golf course, designed for players of all skill levels, boasts an attractive and outstanding design. The challenging fairways, meticulously maintained greens, and well-groomed bunkers will captivate players.

In addition to the golf course, the resort offers a range of amenities, including a zero-entry community pool with lap lanes, two full-service bars, two restaurants, tennis courts, pickleball, bocce, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and a full-service spa.

Charlotte Harbour and Premier Fishing provide fishing opportunities, while the convenience of three airports makes it an ideal location for our guests.
