Nice and quiet street in an up-and-coming neighborhood. Close to the 90 freeway exit, 10 minutes from downtown.

You will have the entire apartment to yourself. It has a shared staircase that leads to the unit.

The unit is located on the third floor, so you will have to climb some stairs.
