Check In was a little difficult, in part because our map instructions had us turn where we didn’t need to. We arrived shortly after 6pm and it took 3 phone calls and 2 text messages (about 35 minutes) before someone answered and was able to direct us where we needed to be & meet us. The keys were difficult to work in the locks; parking in back, while not well lit, was okay although the spots are littered with debris. The inside stairway off the parking area is barley lit. The building is old and needs some upgrading. Hallways and stairways need to be also dimly lit. The apt was relatively comfortable-one BIG exception being the bed—the boxspring & mattress were both covered with what appeared to be packing plastic making sound sleep impossible. Thermostat did not work even though it got damp and cold due to the rain and colder temps-temp in apt got down to 62 degree at some points. It took over 5 minutes to get hot water out of any of the faucets. My husband & I will not book this particular space in the future.
