Base rate is for 2 guests. Each additional guest is $25/night. Any on-site day-use guest who is not included in the overnight reservation is $25/per person/per day.
*NOTE: Hot tub is cleaned & sanitized between each guest reservation.
*Maximum number of guests allowed on site: 8 (eight), per City of Manitou Springs.
*Host reserves the right to charge guest appropriate extra guest fee from guest security/damage deposit if unauthorized and additional guests are on property (day or night) than stated on reservation.
*Dogs/pets are not allowed on property.
