This townhome-style condo offers quiet coastal living nestled between the gorgeous Gulf beaches of Clearwater and St. Petersburg. Situated just three miles from the St. Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport, this condo makes an ideal choice for out-of-towners seeking a quick getaway or for snowbirds looking for an extended stay. Golf, shops, and dining options can all be found within easy reach of home. Access to an on-site pool adds even more vacation value!
The Space:
The two-story interior has been recently renovated and refurnished for family-friendly comfort. A fully screened-in patio provides a breezy spot to enjoy coffee or cocktails. A natural pine backsplash, gorgeous counters, white cabinets, and a full suite of stainless steel appliances perfectly complement the updated kitchen. The Keurig coffee maker includes an attached milk frother for barista-quality morning brews. Lazy mornings and evenings can be spent streaming shows or movies on the living room smart TV. Additional perks include free WiFi, central air-conditioning, and a private washer/dryer.
This unit features include:
* LIVING AREA: Comfy Sofa & Two Accent Chairs for Sitting along with a Flat Screen TV
* DINING AREA: Seating for 4 at table located in living area. Table can also be used as a desk
* KITCHEN: Completely stocked with everything you'll need...All kitchen items are brand new, not a mishmash of vacation rental leftovers
* LAUNDRY AREA: Located inside the Garage is a complimentary Washer & Dryer
* BEDROOM 1: Has Queen size Bed with newer mattress
* BATHROOM: Has a Shower and Tub combo
* BEDROOM 2: Has a Bunk Bed w/ Full size bed on the bottom and a Twin size bed on top. Both have brand new mattress'

*Complimentary Laundry Area inside the Garage
* All Towels & Linens provided as well as a starter set of Paper towels, Trash bags, Toilet Tissue, Shampoo/Conditioner, Body Soap, Hand Soap, Dish Soap & Sponge, Laundry Detergent, Kleenex, Coffee & Creamer. Provided supplies is meant to get you started, and guests who are occupying the unit for longer periods of time may need to replenish at their own expense.
Guest Access:
Guests will receive check in instructions 3 days prior to arrival.
Other Things to Note:
MINIMUM AGE to book is 25. THE PRIMARY GUEST on the reservation (who submits reservation) must be present for the duration of the stay and will be required to eSign a guest registration form after the booking has been accepted
UPDATE THE NUMBER OF GUESTS you will have to the correct amount before booking. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee PER PERSON/PER NIGHT.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A damage deposit of $500 is required on date of arrival (depending on booking site). This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7-10 business days after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOR: While we welcome groups celebrating life events, LOUD OR VULGAR LANGUAGE OR DRUNKEN OR OTHER INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR WILL NOT BE TOLERATED ON THE ENTIRE PROPERTY. VIOLATIONS MAY RESULT IN EVICTION OF ALL PARTIES AND THE TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT AT THE PROPERTY OWNER'S DISCRETION.
VISITORS: Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. We have very limited parking on property.
VISITORS AT THE POOL: Our pool is built to accommodate max occupancy of each unit comfortable and safely. Our first priority is making sure our guests have access to the pool, therefore outside visitors are not permitted to use the pool.
NO VAPING/SMOKING allowed whatsoever inside the unit. This is strictly enforced. If evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee of $250.
NO DRUGS: Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. This includes marijuana.
NO UNDERAGE DRINKING.
LATE CHECK-OUTS & EARLY CHECK-INS: General check in time is 4PM and Checkout time is 11AM. Door codes do not activate until set check-in time. Early access will not be provided without prior approval. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged the additional fee of $50/hr.
PET FRIENDLY PROPERTY: Non Aggressive Breed Dogs are allowed, 25 lbs and under. If you are bringing a dog, a $100 Non Refundable Pet Fee will be collected pre-stay (2 DOG MAX - BREED AND SIZE MUST BE DISCLOSED BEFORE BOOKING). Please be responsible and pick up after your pet outside. Pets are not permitted in the pool area at any time. We kindly ask that you keep your pets off the furniture.
USE OF GRILL: Guests are responsible for cleaning off any stuck food and spills as a result of their use. Food stuck to or excessive grease splattered on the BBQ grill will result in an extra cleaning charge of $50. Guest is responsible for following any specific instructions posted in the home or at the grill.
Please note: The Cleaning Fee Includes a $150 HOA Application Fee
