The name Patsy's Patios by the Sea perfectly captures this home's coastal charm and inviting atmosphere, located near the heart of the Village and Pier areas. In addition to the 3 bedrooms, there's a sleeper sofa in the sunroom that accommodates 2 additional guests, bringing the total capacity to 8. The standout feature of Patsy’s is the new pool with a spill-over spa. Guests can enjoy a relaxing soak in the spa or take a refreshing dip in the pool, which can be heated for year-round enjoyment.

Overlooking the ocean and Jekyll Island across the way, you'll find the St. Simons Lighthouse and Museum, Neptune Park with its ocean side pool and facilities, playground, miniature golf course, and an oak shaded picnic area, fishing pier, public library and theater.

Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surcharges attached to your reservation.
Pets: This home is dog friendly for dogs 25lbs or less with $250 pet fee, 1 dog only. Unfortunately we can't host puppies < 1 year old or breeds known to insurance carriers as 'vicious', please ask if you're not sure.
Heated Pool: This property offers a heated pool option. The cost is $75/night+tax and can be added up to 48 hours before arrival. Let us know if you'd like to heat the pool!
No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.
Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.
No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
