If you’re looking for a great beach location, laid back with a great pool, this is the place! The property was clean, well equipped and in a perfect location. We saw wildlife everyday! Only negative, the beds were a bit hard and we had an issue getting the TV to work, but the desk was helpful and got a man to fix it quickly. The beach service was an added bonus! Jim, the owner, was quick in responding to my questions. A top A experience all together.

Place was clean and well stocked. Some issues with the half bath toilet continuing to run. Loved seeing all the wildlife Navarre has to offer in a more quiet setting. Only complaint would be to get updated living room furniture and a better mattress, it was difficult to get a good nights rest or be comfortable on the rainy afternoons watching a movie.

Thank you for your feedback on Summerwind 1002E - Mermaid's Grotto. We're glad the home was clean, well stocked, and that you enjoyed the quiet setting and local wildlife. I’m sorry the half-bath toilet kept running and that the living room furniture and mattress left you uncomfortable — that’s not the experience we want. We’ll share your notes with the property team so the toilet is fixed and options for updated furniture/mattress are reviewed. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. – Team BBG

The Mermaid Grotto was great for a short weekend get away with my wife. Check in and checkout instructions were clear and easy to understand. The unit was clean and well updated. I like how close we were the famous Navarre fishing pier. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook and all the appliances (including the washer and dryer) worked great. It was just my wife and I, so it was the perfect size for us. We would definitely rent it again for a future trip.

We can’t say enough good things about our stay at Mermaids Grotto. It was beautiful! Our view from the tenth floor was incredible. The condo was immaculate. Everything we needed was there. We were able to check in two hours early, which was a plus. I got a message checking to see how things were going for us less than 24 hours after we got there. The host couldn’t have been nicer. I would definitely recommend Mermaids Grotto and may even come back myself.

The Mermaid’s Grotto was exceptional. The room was clean, much bigger in person and just really exceeded all of our expectations. Check-in was a breeze, the room and the grounds were very clean. We had an issue with the ice maker and before I even got to check the response from Jim, there was someone there to fix it. I’ve already starting preparing to rent from Jim again in the future!

Absolutely amazing condo and trip. Took a short get away to beach with my sister and the condo was perfect. Clean, decorated so nice and comfortable, kitchen had what we needed. View of beach and the gulf were absolutely perfect! We were on the balcony when not on the beach. Sunrise coffee out there was food for the soul!! Property management messaged while we were on the way there, messaged during to see how it was going and if we needed anything. We had an amazing stay.
