You will be feeling "Just Beachy" in this 10th floor unit with breath taking views from the private balcony. This nicely decorated 1 bedroom with bright colors sleeps 6 comfortably. The secluded master bedroom has a king size bed and flat screen TV/DVD, perfect for putting up your toes after a long day in the sand. The bunkbed in the hallway alcove, and queen sleeper sofa are perfect for guests and little minnows visiting with family. Navarre Beach is a wonderful vacation place for families who enjoy nature walks, dolphins, white sand and leisure days spent in the sun. **You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. We also have a 1 to 4 ratio (one adult over 25 for everyone under 25) except during Spring Break. At that time, we require 1 adult over 25 for every 2 guests under that age.**

Great condo! We will be back. Clean and quiet with a well-stocked kitchen. It's listed as two bathrooms, but it's really 1.5 baths. The shower is shared. It wasn't a problem for us but might not work for some.

This place is amazing. It was everything and more than i expected. We had the best time and i will be back!!! Great location...great amenities....The beach couldnt be more perfect! The pool was wonderful. Very impressive!

Everything was wonderful except an extremely loud group in the next building overriding everyone’s ability to enjoy their balconies. We struggled because no one seemed to be willing or able to enforce quiet hours. There was so much profanity we couldn’t have our teenagers out on the balcony. It was frustrating, but not the fault of these owners or a reflection on the condo itself. Just wish there had been a clearer way of handling the security. It seemed everyone just pushed the responsibility off. We were told to call the sheriff which seemed like not something they are going to mess with…a bunch of rude middle age drunk women acting like the real wives. But the beach, Navarre and this condo were excellent.
