Welcome to your ideal retreat in downtown St. Petersburg! This cozy, modern 2-bedroom house offers all the comforts of home with top-notch amenities, just 2.3 miles (6 minutes) from Downtown St. Petersburg and 2 miles from the Tropicana Field where ethe Tampa Bay Rays play.
Our home is the perfect mix of convenience and relaxation in this prime location close to downtown St Pete's and Tropicana Field, making it easy to explore the vibrant city and unwind on the sandy shores.
We allow pets for stays longer than 20 days for a fee of $200 per pet.

The Space
- Step inside this inviting home to find two spacious bedrooms—one with a plush king bed and the other with a cozy queen bed—perfect for restful nights after exploring St. Petersburg. The workstation also features a comfortable queens bed that sleeps two, ideal for accommodating extra guests.
- Need to work remotely? No worries! We have strong Wi-Fi for remote working. Adjacent to the kitchen, you'll find a dedicated office space, fully equipped for a productive work-from-home experience. We have high speed WiFi to aid remote working.
- Please note, the second bathroom is located in the garage and is not air-conditioned.
- Enjoy the convenience of ample free private parking, along with a garage that includes an additional WC/shower area. The fully enclosed fenced yard offers privacy and a secure play area for children.
- In the evenings, relax on the patio or gather around the fire pit for cozy nights under the stars.
