This house is an excellent choice for families with children & adults who enjoy a comprehensive gameroom & nearby family attractions. Stocked kitchen, large dining table, comfortable couches & beds, children's books & games, and it's a short walk from the AK river, an art (WAM) & native american museum, the Keeper of the Plains sculpture, & Exploration Place discovery center.

We had enough room for everyone, and we loved the game room! The hosts were very quick to respond to any questions we had. We will definitely be back if we are in Wichita again!

Host is super responsive and friendly! House is very clean and nicely updated. The game room was a hit and kept with family busy playing and laughing. This house made our thanksgiving family visit a huge success! Location near the park and river walk is awesome.

Unbeatable location & spacious home

We had a wonderful stay at this property! There was more than enough room for our family of 7 and you can’t beat the location. The amenities were very thoughtful and the kitchen was stocked with cooking supplies. I’m also a sucker for a good porch swing. Communication with the host before our stay was quick & easy. We couldnt have asked for a better stay.

Family gathering

We felt at home as we celebrated Christmas with our family in this house. Plenty of space to be together and enough space to spread out as well. Bedrooms are spacious! Kitchen is well equipped for cooking with a large table for meals and games. We enjoyed the large game room as well as watching football on the big screen tvs! Our host was friendly and helpful both prior to and during our stay. Again, a great home for a family gathering.

Family Christmas

We had our family Christmas here this weekend and everyone had a great time and enjoyed the house. Host was very accommodating. They responded to any questions right away and provided everything you need to cook with in the kitchen (pans, pots, serving utensils, among other things that not all rentals provide). The house was very spacious and both kids and adults loved the game room. There is also a park about 2 blocks away with a small free zoo that was a bonus surprise when we went on our walk.
