With easy access to Cozumel town, excellent offshore snorkeling and fabulous sunsets over the ocean, this condo makes the perfect retreat for your holiday.
Unlike many high rise complexes, this building with just 12 units, has a wonderful intimate atmosphere where you can relax in peace and quiet by the ocean front swimming pool.

Outdoor amenities include 60 foot long infinity pool at the ocean edge, Jacuzzi tub, sundeck, poolside BBQ area and tropical gardens. The kids (both big and small) will love the ocean side diving platform. For those less adventurous there is easy ladder access to the ocean.

Maid service is provided every other day; Spa service and cook service is available on request.

Beautiful ocean views right on the water

Great location and great views of the ocean. Pool and surrounding grounds were immaculate. All the staff was very helpful.

First time in Cozumel, had a good time.

Property was clean and well maintained, but was slightly dated. Good location, with a great view of the sea, but was a couple of miles from most restaurants and shopping. Would recommend a car, a scooter, or use of economical cabs. Overall a nice, quiet place to enjoy the island.

Paradise

We’ve been coming to Miramar for years and cannot imagine returning every year. Matias And Isabella are absolutely excellent at their jobs and are always eager to make our stay comfortable. The grounds are beautifully kept and Jose', the groundskeeper is so friendly. It is a perfect location far enough out of town yet still a short cab ride. It’s our paradise!! Can’t wait to come back soon!!!

Our heaven in Cozumel

Tim and Sally here and we've been visiting Cozumel at least 2x a year for over 23 years. This was our first stay at Miramar on the recommendation of our long-time pals from Toronto who stay there a month on vacation. To say that it was heaven is an understatement and it ranks in the top 3 trips to the island in all of the times we've been. We have NEVER slept so well as we did in that bed and Matias, tell me who the manufacturer of that mattress is! The peace and quiet was incredible. The staff is 5-star and then some! We grilled, we read, we snorkeled, we laughed with our pals :) We simply cannot wait to return! Matias, we are beyond grateful for the check-in accommodations for our travel time. This place is simply our little heavenly spot...bless you! This is one place you simply cannot go wrong with and you will enjoy immensely all the way around! <3

The most relaxing and enjoyable week long vacation

There is just something about Cozumel we haven't felt anywhere else while on vacation in the Caribbean. Our accommodations in suite 202 at Miramar is a great reason why! The daily onsite staff are friendly and efficient. Our hosts Matias and Isabella were extremely helpful and accommodating from initially greeting us on arrival right through the week. We so much appreciated them always being available to answer questions and provide suggestions such as the best way to rent a vehicle to tour the island. Thank you so much Matias and Isabella, for your gracious flexibility with our very late checkout time. The efficient kitchen was well stocked complete with limitless cold bottled water cooler, and concealed in-house laundry appliances. The beds were very comfortable and tastefully decorated. Our nightly sunset views from our balcony were picture postcard quality. Air conditioning was available but not needed due to the delicious sea breeze flowing through the unit. We loved the excellent snorkeling right off the seawall in front of the property, and lounging poolside where there were always more chairs than people even during Canadian March break! Our last night dinner, prepared and served to us on our seaside balcony by master chef Antonio, was a highlight! Downtown San Miguel is a 30 minute safe stroll,or 4 minute taxi right to the cruise ship pier. Several great restaurants and beach clubs are also very close by. Buccanoes was extraordinary. Definitely coming back to Cozumel !!!!

Nice week in Cozumel!

It's nice to stay on the north side of the island. We have rented flats in Cozumel at various places. Advantages for Miramar are the washer and drier (who wants open a suitcase full of smelly clothes at home), the water dispenser (no lugging around bottled water), and maid service every other day. The snorkeling is great right off the property and beautiful sunsets. Probably the only negative is the need for cabs to go into town. Great overall experience

“Beautiful spot. Great scenery and amenities.”

My husband and I stayed in Miramar 202 for a week.The condo was very comfortable and the scenery was spectacular. We watched cruise ships pass twice a day from the balcony and enjoyed meals and drinks on the patio, watching the sun set. With the condo being so small, we often had the pool to ourselves, but did enjoy visiting with other guests when we bumped in to them. We especially liked the stairs down to the ocean to snorkel and saw a large variety of colourful fish, right there in front of the condo. From the beginning, our dealings with the property manager. The staff at the condo was great too. The maintenance people looked after the condo and area well and were quick to sort out any small problems that we had. Cleaning was well done and taken care of quickly. Having a washer and drier was a real bonus. It would have been nice to have a supermarket a bit closer, but taxis were easy to get out on the street and the fares were reasonable. Even had one taxi driver who waited for us to do our shopping and didn't charge extra for the service. We would not hesitate to rent at the Miramar condos, if we return to Cozumel.

Terrific!

We stayed here for a week and really enjoyed this clean, comfortable and nicely decorated condo. This is one of those rare times when the photos really do match the reality. We especially enjoyed the balcony overlooking the sea where we sat and sipped our coffee in the morning. The furniture was in good shape, the air conditioning worked well, and having a kitchen gave us flexibility as to whether to go out for meals or prepare something simple for ourselves. We worked with Joyce from property management and she couldn't have been nicer or more helpful.

Even better than the pictures

The bedroom was painted a light/ocean blue and the TV was upgraded to a nice sized flat screen HD TV, with cable and HDMI/USB ports in case you want to bring a streaming device. I measured the internet which was about 8MB down, 1MB up which for Mexico, I would assume is pretty good. I'm guessing, due to the design of the building, the wireless doesn't reach out all that far, so just be aware of that-nobody was able to get internet out on the nearby pool area. Beds were clean, and very comfortable and having a new washer/dryer combo with detergent was a major plus. The bathroom tiles were upgraded and beautiful and the shower had amazing water pressure. Just note, though that with many condos, each unit has its own small electric water heater, so keep that in mind. Living area was fantastic to watch TV at the end of a long day and the kitchen had everything you need and the couches were either new or reupholstered, so that was great, too. The view was as good as the pictures show and it was great to watch the cruise ships come in and almost laugh at them as they'd have to leave by the end of the day while we go to enjoy almost a week in paradise.

I would recommend this unit to my friends!

Miramar 202 This is a lovely building and location. The unit we stayed in is really nice and has most anything you'd need. Management is really committed to making your stay as worry free as possible. You won't believe the sunsets you'll experience from this end of the island. Any complaints we have are minimal, we would have liked some hooks and additional towel bars in the bathroom, the furniture on the balcony was a little uncomfortable, but you don't come to Cozumel to sit all day in your room. I would recommend Miramar to all my friends.

breathtaking ocean view

View over the sea was beautiful, room's are clean and all the facilities you need for a great self catering holiday, I would recommend renting a car/jeep as the shops and restaurants are about a 20 minutes walk away but a beautiful walk it was .WIFI was great and also had some good english TV channels , bbq out side which was great for lunch with a few beers ;).Swimming pool , jacuzzi, outside showers, diving board of out in to the sea .Great sunset's and sun rises from Miramar Condos .Cozumel Seaside Retreats defiantly made our holiday and the company of course. we will be staying in the condos next year !

Amazing Condo right on the Caribbean Sea!”

This condo is simply incredible!! . All amenities are modern and well taken care of. Even though you're in Mexico, you feel like you're in a high-end, modern American condo. Open a few windows and feel the ocean breeze flow through this place like a wind tunnel. Can't say enough about this place. You will not be dissapointed!

Spectacular!

This apartment took our holiday from great to unbelievable! Fantastic location, right on the sea front with an infinity pool, jacuzzi, diving board and steps to the sea. We even saw dolphins swimming past on more than one occasion! Well equipped kitchen, laundry, 1 spacious bedroom and 1 bathroom, comfy living and dining area, and just a few miles from town. We rented a jeep through them too which was reliable and efficiently organized! It's on the first floor too with a fab view of the sunset! We cannot complain about this place at all.. and are already booking next year!

Peaceful

This place is amazing.The people of Cozumel Seaside are very kind and they do everything for you to have a good stay. There is everything you need in the condo: space, comfort and all the equipment for cooking and entertain. And the sea is at you feet! it is perfect for snorkeling. This place is great if you want to be free and do something else than an all inclusive.

“A lovely place”

My girlfriend and I went for two weeks to this place and I was just amazing. The ocean view was just beautiful. We had a chance to learn diving and snorkel and it is one experience that leave you speechless. We were able to rent a Jeep and went around the small island quite a few times.
