Escape the crowds of the Cozumel hotels and relax in your very own direct Ocean Front Condo.

With easy access to Cozumel town, excellent offshore snorkeling and fabulous sunsets over the ocean, this condo makes the perfect retreat for your holiday.

Unlike many high rise complexes, this building with just 12 units, has a wonderful intimate atmosphere where you can relax in peace and quiet by the ocean front swimming pool.

Outdoor amenities include 60 foot long infinity pool at the ocean edge, Jacuzzi tub, sundeck, poolside BBQ area and tropical gardens. The kids (both big and small) will love the ocean side diving platform. For those less adventurous there is easy ladder access to the ocean.

Maid service is provided every other day; Spa service and cook service is available on request.

This is the largest condo in the building, it is located in the south tower offering the best unobstructed ocean views, it is one of the most popular Oceanfront Condos for rent in Cozumel.

With 2 private oceanfront balconies, you will feel like on a cruise ship with the ocean so closed! Condo 301 is on the third floor of the building with a fantastic crossed breeze and screens throughout the unit.

Living room: The living room, dining room and kitchen have direct awesome ocean views. Sliding glass doors from the living area open onto a private ocean front terrace where you can enjoy the beautiful Caribbean sunsets.

Master Bedroom: The master bedroom features a magnificent king size bed, a spectacular ocean view, a flat screen TV and ceiling fan. The master bedroom private bath has a large walk in shower.

Second Bedroom partial ocean view: The second bedroom is decorated in calming blues and features a king size bed, a flat screen TV and ceiling fan. The second bedroom private bath has a massive glass walk in shower.

Third Bedroom jungle side: The third bedroom features 2 full size beds with ceiling fan and private bathroom and a flat screen TV. This large bedroom works great for kids.

This is an outstanding property and location for all families! Amazing views, and my kids are still raving about the diving platform. Within seconds, you can be swimming in the Caribbean Sea.

Overall great experience

Great Cozumel Condo

This is just what you want for a condo in Cozumel. It is on the shore, nice pool, and easy to get downtown. We had a great experience there.

We came to Cozumel for a family trip. Condo was as described and property was great. Matt was fantastic and can help with your needs. If you go to scuba dive - use Oscar.

Perfect spot on a wonderful island

Wonderful stay. Family of divers and bodies and this is to he ideal spot. Even if all you do is lounge by the pool and swim you'll have a great time. Matt and Isabella were great in working with our obstetricals arriving too. Cannot give a kinder review!

Our family of 7 had a blast in Cozumel, the condo was awesome, oceanfront, the pool was great and the ocean access was great for snorkeling. Matias the manager was great, always available and very attentive to anything we needed. This was a perfect stay! We will be back.

Great place to stay

Condo was just like it looks online. Check in was smooth. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. We walked every morning and swam in the pool every day. Snorkeling was great when the wind was working with us. We had 4 teen girls and we all enjoyed our time in Cozumel!

Awesome vacation

My family had an outstanding vacation in Cozumel. The condo is exactly as advertised and perfect for anyone that wants beautiful views of the ocean and not too close to the hustle and bustle of the city. Very clean and well laid out for our group of four. On site staff was very friendly and helpful. Couldn’t ask for much more.

Beautiful view

Great place to stay. Hosts were easy to communicate with. Had a couple small issues with tv and one shower not draining well. Contacted the groundskeeper and was instantly there fixing the issues. Would definitely stay again!!!

Awesome condo

The condo had a nice view overlooking the ocean. It was large. There were 6 of us and we had plenty of room. The location was great....close enough to walk into town and also within walking distance to a couple of beach clubs. We found Matias very helpful . We will definitely be coming back!

Wonderful Condo

We have stayed on the Cozumel north end for many years and this is the best condo and location we have experienced to date. Snorkeling is made easy with a steel staircase that leads right into the water or if you feel brave enough you can jump off their diving board. A nice touch was the owner's listing of restaurant and tours recommendations for our use. The owner also took the time to come meet and greet us. Pool area was nice and plenty of chairs and tables available. Overall it is an excellent vacation destination that we hope to use for years to come.

Snorkel Heaven

We stayed the month of February. We never got bored because we swam or snorkeled most days. The snorkeling off the condo’s shoreline was the best. We couldn’t get enough of the beautiful fish, eels, and coral. We saw something new each time we went. Matias and his staff were also very welcoming and helpful. Any questions or requests were immediately addressed from needing a computer monitor, a restaurant recommendation or a private boat for a snorkeling trip. We highly recommend this location and the wonderful staff.

A slice of heaven

We spent a week over Christmas, and the condo was perfect for us -- family of 5 with 2 college aged students and one 17 year old. We really spent most of our time by the pool or on our balcony reading and relaxing, as it was a much needed break for us all. We loved the jump into the water, and my youngest swam at all hours of the day. Matias was very helpful with restaurant suggestions, setting up our COVID tests, arranging a private chef and making suggestions for activities. The complex is small so it was quiet, which we loved! We walked to town a few times but jumping in a taxi is very easy and inexpensive too. All in all, we were very happy and would definitely return!

Great Girls Getaway!!

Three girlfriends jetted to Cozumel to celebrate a 40th birthday, and this little condo was PERFECT. Matias was VERY helpful with any question I had, all his recommendations panned out to be GREAT choices. The location was absolutely perfect. Gorgeous views and incredible water. The water was pretty rough and the rip-tide was very strong but it was still a great location. Jose never stops, he is a very hard worker and very nice and pleasant to be around. We had one small request for the sheets to be switched out and the housekeeper came and immediately took care with a great attitude. We will definitely be coming back!!

Perfect 10 for 10 days!

We were looking for a place to be able to come and go from while taking full advantage of everything the island had to offer. We snorkeled at the condo nearly every day, ate out every evening, rented a car for most of duration, toured beaches on other side of island one day, did turtle conservation with the kids late one night, did dolphin swim at Chankanaab, did Xplor theme park on mainland, watched a movie every night at condo, spent a day at Paradise Beach, and had a few mornings/afternoons to just sleep in and take advantage of the pool and jumping ledge. Definitely one of our best family vacations yet. I want to come back with maybe another couple sometime to see that blue water. I would recommend this condo to anyone

Fabulous stay @ Miramar North Building in Cozumel!

My husband, son and I had an fantastic stay at the Miramar North Cozumel condos. The hosts Matias and Isabella were amazing. They were extremely helpful w/helping us choose activities and giving us great restaurant recommendations. We were so fortunate to spend time with them and learn about their beautiful family and their incredible island. We stayed in unit #301 which was a 3 bedroom/3 bath condo. It was spacious, clean and the views from the main room and master bedroom were spectacular! The views from the balconies including the sunsets were incredible! We swam in the pool and then had very easy access to the sea to jump into the ocean to snorkel. The water was warm and clear w/great fish to see! It was one of the best vacations ever! We can't wait to return! Thank you Matias and Isabella!!

Amazing time at MIRAMAR 301!

We just got back from a 7 day stay in Cozumel at the Miramar condos. We had a fabulous time. The grounds are beautiful and the view from the master bedroom in the unit was breathtaking. My husband and I enjoyed coffee on the balcony everyday, the view was unbelievable. My son and his friends loved diving off the platform everyday we were there. On the first day we arrived and were met by Jose, he was so nice and showed us the unit, the in-room safes, TV's, etc. We took a taxi to the supermarket and stocked up on food and beverages. Then we got back to the unit and went straight to the pool. Matias called to check on us and was able to set an appointment for the tour guide from Caribbean Tours came to the condo and we booked our excursions directly with him. He and his colleague were very informative and totally professional. They came back the next day with our confirmations and vouchers with all the details. Totally recommend Caribbean Tours! Our week long vacation was fantastic! The rooms were large, A/C was cold, and a fully equipped kitchen. Had an issue with one of the blinds in the master bedroom and emailed Matias, he had Jose there the next morning and it was fixed. If I could improve one thing about the Miramar it would be the jacuzzi, it would have been ideal if it was a hot tub. Other than that virtually nothing! We can't wait to go back!

Great Location/Views

I have stayed in several Condos in the North End and love the area. 2 min walk to diving with Pepe Scuba, great food at Hotel B with walking path as well. Miramar is a great complex and was our 5th stay there. Our unit was awesome with comfy bed, kitchen had everything we needed, wifi worked good. The only suggestion is having a coffee table. Matias was great as usual, Thanks Buddy!!
