Comfort and convenience welcomes you to this charming 1951 view home in wonderful West Seattle. Well appointed & loaded with vintage style, guests will find spacious living & dining areas, two ample bedrooms, a well-stocked kitchen, full bath, covered back porch, fully fenced back yard & off-street driveway parking.

Relax in the shaded back yard or stroll to amazing Lincoln Park or local businesses like C&P Coffee, Alki Arts Gallery, Beverage Place Pub, Thriftway Grocery, and so many more!

Additional amenities Wi-Fi, Smart TV, and keyless entry. Guests are welcome to use the washer/dryer located in the unfinished basement. During the warmer months, window A/C units are provided for both bedrooms and the living room.

Terrific stay! The house has everything you need in kitchen, bathroom, and laundry. Clean and comfortable in a great location, walking distance to grocery store and bus line. Loved the back porch and yard. The hosts always responded quickly to inquiries and always were helpful. Highly recommend

Such a lovely and comfortable place! (You can even catch a glimpse of the sound from the living room.) Appreciated the many thoughtful extras and touches (esp in the kitchen and bath) that made our stay easier and more pleasurable. The outdoor space is a real bonus, enjoyed dining on the patio and relaxing in the shade of the large tree. Very quiet neighborhood, but within easy walking distance of many shops and restaurants. Always got quick responses from hosts whenever we had a question. Thanks Jennifer and Gary, we’ll be back!

We were in need of a safe and comfortable place to stay while our adult son had tests and surgeries at Swedish Hospital Cherry Hill. This was the best place for us. Very comfortable bedding, and amazingly well stocked kitchen, ample living space, and a great neighborhood. Best of all was a very nice back porch and yard. We spent every evening under the beautiful tree shade, unwinding and decompressing. Thank God and praise Him that He directed us to this perfect home.

It was perfect

I stayed for a week while visiting my daughter and her family. The house is charming and true to its midcentury vintage, with a music theme. Wonderful amenities -- full kitchen well stocked with cooking supplies. Coffee! (and tea). Beautiful, large back yard, big windows for great light and fresh air. Beds were extremely comfortable. The host has thought of everything. Forget your toothbrush? Need some sunscreen? Want to a quick load of laundry? No problem. All well labeled. The house was immaculate. Communication was fantastic. The house is well located in walking distance to charming shops, restaurants, coffee shops, and bars, as well as grocery store (Thriftway) a 5 minute walk. You can power walk to Lincoln Park and stroll along Puget Sound, or drive in a few minutes--and the ferry to Vashon Island is right there, too. All in all a wonderful stay, and I'd definitely, definitely be back.

Great House in West Seattle!

This house was just perfect for our 3 day stay in West Seattle. It was clean, cozy, cleverly decorated and beyond comfortable for the two of us. The location was perfect - located between our grandkid's day care and their home, so we were within walking distance of the family. An added benefit was the most beautiful fall tree in the back yard. We're still able to do steps, so the front entrance was not a problem at all. We do hope this home is available the next time we're in town!
