Villa Flamingo is a stylish and pet-friendly 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation home in South Venice, Florida, offering the perfect setting for a relaxing Gulf Coast getaway. Located just a short bike ride from Manasota Key Beach, this home is ideal for guests who want to enjoy beach life, outdoor activities, and laid-back Florida living.
The villa features a bright and open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living area, and thoughtfully furnished bedrooms, including two queen-size beds and two twin-size beds. Two full bathrooms provide convenience and privacy for families or small groups.
Outside, guests can enjoy a large private screened-in pool set within lush tropical landscaping and a fully fenced backyard, making it perfect for both children and pets. Pool heating is available as an optional service for an additional fee. The covered lanai offers a shaded space for outdoor dining or relaxing by the pool.
For exploring the area, the villa provides four bicycles for guest use (use at your own risk), making it easy to reach nearby beaches, parks, and bike trails. A 2-car garage adds extra convenience during your stay.
Villa Flamingo is locally managed, and we are available for our guests before, during, and after their stay, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable vacation experience. Whether you’re relaxing by the pool, biking to the beach, or traveling with your pet, Villa Flamingo is your ideal vacation home in South Venice, Florida.

$100 per week.

Important:
For stays of more than 4 weeks, an intermediate cleaning is obligatory for the tenant every 4 weeks.
This will be charged to the guest.

The maximum occupancy of the house is 6 people (including children and babies).

In order to ensure that everything runs smoothly and for insurance reasons, we ask you to provide us with the full names, dates of birth and home addresses of all guests staying in the house after booking.

Important Notice regarding Pool & Lawn Maintenance:
Pool & Lawn Care Access: To keep our property beautiful and safe for you, please note that our professional pool service and lawn care teams require regular access to the backyard and pool area during your stay.
Gate & Pool Cage Policy: For this reason, all backyard gates and pool cage doors must remain unlocked and unobstructed.

Security Deposit Hold:
A refundable security deposit of $500.00 will be placed as a temporary hold on your credit card 2 days prior to your arrival.
This is a pre-authorization (not a charge).
The hold will be automatically released within 7 days after departure, provided no damage is found at the property.
