Our host, Kimberlee, was very receptive to our needs and helped us out of a jam on our regular rental which was still not yet ready after the storms. Any time we contacted her with questions she got right back to us and answered them to our liking!

The home met all my needs, even in the kitchen, for this longer stay. Kimberlee was always very responsive to my questions and texts. The back yard was perfect for my pup. We often walked to the neighborhood park. The neighborhood and neighbors were pleasant and friendly. I hope to revisit!

The house when you arrive looks as if it has been abandoned. This house has not been power washed I would say ever. Half of the home has the windows blackened so you cannot see. The front yard is all weeds, there is no lawn and in the rain the walk way of pavers that look to be 20 years old are all sinking into the ground, all of the yard floods in the rain and is impassable. The back yard is the same, all weeds with stinging and biting insects and fire ants everywhere. The gas grill does not work, I filled the propane tank but the hose to the grill does not work so it does not ignite. Looks like it has never been cleaned. When you enter the property the white door is covered in black mildew and the screen door needs to be replaced, it does not meet the door sill and if you leave the house door open and use the screen, all of Florida's insects come into live with you. The stove is very old and the burner elements sometimes work other time no. So cooking is a challenge. The window treatments are the cheapest and when dawn arrives you will be awake. The carpet in the living room cannot be vacuumed, it is a thick as dish towel. It gets sucked into the vacuum. I was there for a few months while looking for a home. One of the bedrooms the bed is a mattress on the floor, very uncomfortable. Overall I would give it a C. The neighborhood is very dumpy, over grown lots poorly maintained homes. I would never book this again.

The only reason you are leaving a review like this is because you brought a very large unauthorized dog into this home and destroyed it and I reported you for it. As you can tell from all of my other reviews, absolutely none of what you’re saying is true. I have never had a guest leave my home with such filth and disregard. You should be ashamed of yourself.

Long Weekend Wedding Getaway

My husband spent a long weekend at this property which was perfect. We were in town for a weekend and to visit family.We would recommend to anyone staying in Dunedin. The place was quiet, clean and comfortable.

Beautiful house with all Dunedin has to offer a short walk away.

Wonderful clean place. Perfect for a small family. Highly recommended. Easy to walk all over—downtown, market, shopping, breweries, baseball etc.

Fabulous getaway!

Don’t miss this property! The location is outstanding, walkable tj downtown, restaurants, the trail and so many parks. Quiet neighborhood. The house itself is spotless and has been recently remodeled but still maintained the original charm! 5/5 stars from us!

Quiet girls trip

Place was great location to downtown Dunedin; seemed like a nice neighborhood. Major construction on road a couple blocks over which re-routed walking/driving to/from house. A heads up on that would have been helpful but overall all good!

Great location, very clean inside the house

Great location, very close to downtown area. I wish there were some "bells and whistles". Interior was so so nicely updated! Beds were comfy, kitchen had pots and pans. Hand soap in the kitchen and bathroom. Smart TV in the living room. There's a desk space if you need to work.

I enjoyed the property (clean & comfortable), people in the neighborhood, walking in the neighborhood, close proximity to shopping, the beach, art shops, etc. The hosts went the extra mile to insure our safety during hurricane Milton and allowing us to stay extra days when the airport closed.
