Enjoy a peaceful coastal retreat in this newly updated home featuring a brand-new gray deck and charming seaside touches throughout. This cozy 3-bedroom property offers comfort and convenience, perfect for a small family or group of friends.
The home includes one king bed and two queen beds, plus a full pull-out sofa in the downstairs living room for additional sleeping space. Stay connected with Wi-Fi, and take advantage of amenities like air conditioning (window units), heating, a washer, iron, and more to make your stay easy and comfortable.
This is a dog-friendly home — we love welcoming your furry family members! Please let us know what type of dog you’ll be bringing. A pet fee may apply, and we allow a maximum of one dog unless otherwise discussed.

We had an amazing time. The house was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. We loved paddle boarding! Gloria was nice enough to purchase life jackets for us as well. The house has everything you need and I loved that we could bring our dog with a great set up; dog bowl, bed, toys, and treats!!!! I loved the location we could walk for ice cream and with the bike lanes we biked down to Narragansett town beach! We were able to go paddle boarding right down the street in the river and had nice walks around the quiet neighborhood with our dog.

This house was an amazing deal was very close to all the things we wanted Black Island ferry beaches, narrow River. We love the fire pit outback outdoor shower was amazing due to the house. Having only one bathroom. We are very comfortable with four people. The beds are great. The deck is so nice to eat on and relax on. Gloria was so accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay. We definitely want to come back!

The house was extremely clean, comfy and conveniently located! It felt welcoming and refreshing as soon as we walked in with the air conditioning at the perfect temp and ocean scents throughout the rooms. We especially loved the outdoor shower, deck and big backyard (and so did our dog!). The master bed and living room couch were also very comfortable. Beaches and restaurants are super close and easy to get to. Our dog also felt right at home with cozy beds and fun toys put out for him. We all had a great time and will definitely be back!

Great house for a group

We first looked online I thought it was on the bonnet shores side of route 1, and to tell you the truth the property was much nicer than it appeared in the pictures that were online. This house is in a quiet neighborhood and is set up for a family and maybe a few more people to really do well in. Everything's basically new at the property it's very comfortable and has everything you need for a great Beach vacation or even off season living. The host was wonderful in communicated with us throughout the process when needed but it always felt like it was our private rental house for the time we stayed there. I would certainly rent this again if it was available during our times of need, and recommended to anyone going to the Narragansett area.

We had a great stay in Narragansett! Gloria was responsive and proactive in her communication with us. The house was cozy and well-appointed. We love the location as it was a short distance to the waterway and beaches. We would stay here again! And our sweet pup loved the big yard and the great walks around the neighborhood.
