The property was spacious, conveniently located for our purpose in being there and just what our family needed. We went during the summer and the AC worked great! We enjoyed our stay very much!

House was not stocked for the stay. Luckily I always bring things from home just in case. The bedding was stained and needed brand new.

The patio area was very nice! Front yard appearance was great!The property was very nice over all! Just a few noted matters:We used a paper shopping bag to cover front door window, we wanted privacy!Spiders in tub and some other type of bugs were around kitchen and bathroom areas!An Exterminator can change that !King size bed rails support was sagging which made bed to sag in middle, mainly the bed support on the right hand side at the foot of bed.We had a little problem with locking and unlocking front door, but I think it was more the person, not the lock itself!Inside lock need to be tighten, just a little loose! Thank you ,Shirley Payne and the Golden Girls

Host was very welcoming and always easy to reach. It's a beautiful home in a developing neighborhood, but just a quick 5-7 min drive to downtown/Beale St. The dining and living room space made it easy to enjoy meals/time together. Highly recommend if you're ever visiting Memphis with a group!

Property and host was awesome

Amazing stay. House was clean and well organized. Everything you need is there. Backyard was a small oasis. Close to downtown and plenty of attractions. Host was super kind and helpful. Will definitely stay again!

This house is in a very run down low income neighborhood. House next door and across the street windows are all boarded up. When asked if in safe neighborhood was told yes, yet we didn’t feel safe there. We checked in at this property but didn’t stay there. I wouldn’t have slept worrying about my vehicle and our safety. House is as described yet stained rugs, mattresses looked very worn. Spiders greeted us as we entered the house. The house did have an odor to it. I am unsure how this house would get 9.2 overall rating. Communication was poor until we involved VRBO. Yet no refund was issued as they aren’t responsible for safe neighborhood.

Beautiful home

The house is new and very clean. The bedrooms are spacious with plenty of closet space and huge bathrooms. The location is close to downtown and all the attractions and areas we wanted to visit. Huey a nearby restaurant had great hamburgers and club sandwiches fries and onion rings. On Beale Street we went to a couple of restaurants. And free music which went from Blues, RB, rock and more. Very nice trip. Would stay here again. The host Ebony was very nice and attentive.

The house is new however the neighborhood it is located in is run down. There are a couple of other new houses next door but the overall vibe of the neighborhood is questionable. I will make sure to Google Earth any further rentals. Lesson learned. It was listed as non-smoking however it is obvious upon walking in that people did not follow those instructions. It had a marijuana odor to it. The host was super easy to communicate with. The location to the activities we did was good. Odor and neighborhood are the major negatives of this property. On a positive note there are ring cameras on all doors and windows.

the house was beautiful and comfortable and although the neighborhood leaves much to be desired it was a very quiet neighborhood. Although there’s no shopping close in the area we were still in close proximity to the Renasant center Beale street and many other restaurants. The host Ms Ebony was very attentive and eager to make our stay a memorable one. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about places to go. I would definitely stay at the house again. Thank you Ebony for everything.

Beautiful and quiet

After our drive from Wisconsin, my sisters, mom, and I all enjoyed our stay at this rental. The host is very responsive, and very nice. This place is located in a quiet neighborhood. The house was well equipped with daily needs. Uber was quick, cheap and easy to Beale street and the Bass Pro pyramid. We had pizza delivered two nights from DoorDash and UberEats. We also had Walmart grocery delivery. Thank you Ebony for being a great host!

We had a great time visiting Memphis! Surprised by the location of the house especially coming in after dark. House was as described in the post. Beds were not comfortable. It was nice knowing that the house had security. No one would deliver pizza in our area. Small amount of bathroom supplies for 6 adults.

My Sister’s 47th Bday

The house is as pictured. The house is literally around the corner from everywhere! We chose to use Uber and it was very cost efficient. We found a Kroger and grabbed a few things for breakfast. The host set up the cutest birthday decorations and left us a sincere card. Will stay again! Keeping this homes saved until it’s gets warmer! Just to note: we didn’t catch an Uber to Kroger. We had a car but chose to Uber to Beale st, and dinner. East Memphis is beautiful, about a 20 min drive just in case you want a different restaurant from downtown.
