Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was at a great location but in bad need of an update and cleaning. The couches were filthy, the carpeting was scaring. There were bugs everywhere. We had to fix the toilet ourselves, maintainence showed up 12 hours later.

Longtime Kingston fan.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The overall experience was satisfactory. Check in was a couple of hours late due to preparation issues. Electricity went off one time and owner had to contact power company. After power was restored, smoke alarms began to signal; maintenance had to address this 3 times. We did experience the occasional cockroach; but it is SC. Rachelle and Courtney were responsive to our issues. I would add that the photos of the property must have been from a much earlier time.Our stay was comfortable and the location was ideal. I did attempt to rent a golf cart, but the property refused to allow delivery;since they only allow renting carts from their designated provider. Their cart rental business had the worst ratings (horrible) online. It cost me a $100 delivery fee and no cart. HOA is always a pain in the butt.
